Initially the e-learning team at Clifford

their delight, these were very well received

even though they didn't have any audio,

video or flash animation. Having proven the

firm was ready to embrace e-learning, they

realised there was a demand for a range,

scope and quality of e-learning that the in-

house team could not satisfy.

this more informal style of learning, fee earners spend less time away

e-Learning has become a part of blended learning model at Clifford

Chance, where the theory is covered with e-learning; and classroom

time is reserved for brainstorming and role playing.

classroom courses - giving it 86% satisfactionrating for excellence based on content, presentation and

As a result, the overall skill level of the firm has been

improved. In fact, in one year alone,

6,000 e-learning module completions were recorded.
