INFERENCES• A relationship between the built & the unbuilt spaces is needed to

properly taken care of in such a place where environment needs to be, more open ,cool and friendly

• Functionality should not be comprised in respect to aesthetics as an art faculty will laid more emphasis on aesthetics

• Proper services needed to be provided in departments such as sculpture and painting where chemicals and other hazardous materials are used. This can be achieved through providing proper ducts ,ventilators and keeping safe houses.

Page 75: CASE STUDY F/o FINE ARTS JAMIA DELHI

• Connectivity of segregated blocks (if provided ) in an efficient manner.

• Aesthetics are cared for, sometimes at the stake of comfort if not function.

• The site is well-segregated into various zones w.r.t the functions.

• Circulation spaces are minimized to obtain efficiency in design.

• Landscaping part to be done in an efficient manner as a more open environment needed for the students in such department
