These 1000 houses of upper middle class society depend for their need to the local market which is outside the campus in a stride of 1.5 km for vegetables and other grocery. A Creche is also available for the working parents for the children of the age between 1- 10 years in a distance of 4 KM outside the campus. The society is having a reserve land for the purpose of a utility centre and a captive market for its needs. They are looking for private partnership four thrust areas for which outside proposal can be considered.

They are in need of a vegetable house which can supply vegetables door to door as per the demand chart given by a family at the beginning of the month. Considering their present consumption, transportation and more importantly the time cost any offer less than Rs. 5000 per month can be offered for the service.

(Check the feasibility) The society is also facing a problem of milk supply from the outside vendor and even

from a state cooperative milk parlor related with rate fluctuations and purity of milk. An average consumption for a family is estimated 2 liter per family per day. As from a meeting with society officials the families are ready to invest Rs. 20000 to 30000 as one time investment for forming a participative dairy outside the campus. The proposal will be welcomed if it is offering a high quality of milk offered less than Rs. 5-10 in comparison the outside vendor or a dividend on their investment.

(Check the feasibility)

The society is in need of a Centralized Utility Service centre where all fee based services can be provided which mainly includes DTH Services, School Fees, Air tickets ,Train Tickets, Bus Tickets, Taxi Services Online payment services etc. For this the society is ready to give one portion of Utility Center on rent basis. As an average 50% of families are having at least 4 to 5 travelling routines by train in a month and around three flight schedules are found for each family in year.

(Check the feasibility) The society is looking for opening a crèche for working couples, as an estimation the

outside crèche are charging Rs. 2000 for each child (without food facility) and additional charges are also for transportation, music class, dance class and tuition services if requested by parents.

(Check the feasibility)

You are requested to check the feasibility of the project and suggest the society to accept the private investment in different ways considering yourself a project manager:

Whether all four offers should take individually and accept different proposal for each person?OrThe society should accept the offer from groups who are sharing two or more proposals of society needs?OrThe society should drop the idea of opening utility center and keep continuing the all the services as the way they were handling earlier by the residents?
