EXPECTATIONS FROM

ARAVALI Large NGO¶s expect it to play a 

networking role with the gover nment 

programes. Smaller NGOs expect their  institution

building & linkage with donor  agencies.

 Attr ition rate is already high due to low 

salary & absence of new initiatives might add to this further .
