Le attività del nostro team sono ormai consolidate

nel tempo.

21 anni di esperienza ci hanno fatto crescere:

abbiamo rafforzato il nostro proporci come

organizzatori e promotori di eventi tanto agonistici

quanto amatoriali, abbiamo individuato e tracciato

percorsi permanenti di mountain bike, abbiamo

organizzato corsi per maestri di mountain bike

federali. Ci siamo impegnati sempre più nelle

collaborazioni con le scuole.

Perchè la bicicletta è passione e constante

impegno.

The activity of our team is well-established in time.

21 years of experience, have strengthened

ourselves: we grew up as organizers, promoters

of competitive and amateur events, we have

identified and mapped permanent mountain bike

trails, we made courses for FCI teachers of mountain

biking. We worked very hard in order to improve our

collaboration in schools.

L’activité de notre équipe est bien établie dans le temps.

En 21 ans d’activité, nous avons renforcé nous-

mêmes: on a renforcé comme organisateurs,

promoteurs d’events si compétitifs que d’amateur,

on a identifié et cartographié des itinéraires

permanents du VTT et organisé des classes pour

les enseignants de VTT fédéral. Notre engagement

dans les écoles a augmenté.

La nostra squadra, l’Arcobaleno Carraro Team, è sempre

più punto di riferimento per chi fa attività giovanili.

I nostri atleti richiamano l’attenzione dei media in quanto

sempre maggiori sono le vittorie e le scalate al podio.

Il nostro “Capitano” è Martino Fruet attualmente quinto nelle

classifiche di merito Top Class in Italia e 4° italiano in Coppa del

Mondo. Fruet è un plus valore per la squadra e grazie anche a

lui, siamo sulla cima del movimento off- road in Italia e all’estero.

Altre attività che richiamano attenzione sono le Granfondo

strada con Serena Gazzini, una delle favorite a livello

nazionale, il mountain bike orienteering ed il triathlon che

attirando giovani provenienti anche da altre discipline,

si avvicinano contemporaneamente al ciclismo.

Our team, the Arcobaleno Carraro Team, is a point of interest for

those who want to start to ride a bycicle. Our athlets attract the

media attention as their performances are great and they get

more and more victories. The “Captain” is Martino Fruet, who is

currently fifth in the Top Class Italian charts and the 4th Italian in

the World Cup. Fruet is an added value to the team and thanks

to him too, we are on top of the off-road movement in Italy as

well as abroad. Other important activities are the Marathon road

with Serena Gazzini, who is one of the Italian favorite riders, the

mountain bike orienteering and triathlon, that attracts people

from other disciplines, approaching to cycling at the same time.

Notre équipe, Arcobaleno Carraro Team, c’est de plus en plus

consideré et c’est un point de interest pour ceux qui commencent

l’activité de la biciclette. Nos athlètes attirent l’attention des médias

parce-qu’ ils gagnent beaucoup et montent de plus en plus

sur le podium. Notre “capitaine” est Martino Fruet, actuellement

cinquième de la Top Class catégorie en Italie et 4ème italien

dans la Coupe du Monde. Fruet est un valeur ajoutée à l’équipe et

grâce à lui, nous sommes au-dessus du mouvement VTT en Italie

Il nostro cuore batte per il CROSS COUNTRY: la ruota da 27,5” simbolo di rapidità nei cambi di direzione e di

Who is looking for a “nervous” and responsive bicycle SETTEGUADI is the ideal model, because of a better grip

feeling (due to a larger contact area between the tire and the ground) and that means more control and

less slippage of the driving wheel uphill.

The carbon frame makes the bike lighter and responsive to every obstacle, that means a real racing bike.

Per ogni disciplina della mountain bike la dimensione della ruota è fondamentale per ottenere il massimo

della performance, sia nelle competizioni che nelle escursioni amatoriali.

In particolare, in ambito XC- Marathon, avere ruote più grandi come le 29” è un punto a vantaggio per

il biker sia in salita, che in discesa. La performance in salita è fondamentale su percorsi sterrati e la ruota

da 29” è fondamentale, mentre in discesa la minor resistenza al rotolamento e la facilità con cui una

ruota più grande supera gli ostacoli sarà sicuramente un punto a favore.

Con la ruota da 29”, l ’escursione delle sospensioni è ridotta, facendo affidamento sulle maggiori capacità

di superamento degli ostacoli essendo le ruote più grandi, l ’angolo di sterzo è più verticale ed i rapporti

sono più corti per compensare il maggior sviluppo metrico dovuto al raggio maggiore della ruota.

Each category of mountain bike requires a different wheel size which is important to get the best

performance both in competitions and amateur excursions.

In particular, regarding the XC-Marathon, the 29” wheel is an advantage for the biker both uphill and

downhill. The uphill performance is essential on dirt paths and wheel bigger size is fundamental; even

downhill, as there is a lower rolling resistance and the obstacles are overcoming easily.

With the 29” wheel, the fork suspension travel is reduced: thanks to the bigger wheels the obstacles can

be overcome as well, the steering angle is more vertical, the gears are shorter to compensate the greater

metric development due to the larger radius of the wheel.

Dans chaque discipline de Mountain Bike, la taille de la roue est essentielle pour une performance

maximale.

En particulier, dans le domaine de XC-Marathon, la roue de 29” est un avantage en montée et en

descente. La performance en montée est important sur les chemins de terre et la roue 29 “est primordiale,

tout en descente la faible résistance au roulement et la facilité avec laquelle une grande roue surmonte

les obstacles seront certainement un plus.

Avec la roue 29 “, la suspension de la fourche est réduite: grâce aux grandes roues les obstacles peuvent

être surmontés ainsi, l ’angle de braquage est plus verticale, les engrenages sont plus courts pour

RO A DLa risposta ad un nuovo concetto di bici da corsa

per tutti gli appassionati che cercano affidabilità,

sicurezza, comfort e il giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo.

I telai in carbonio utilizzano tubi in fibra alto modulo

della Toray, i più leggeri e resistenti per la costruzioni

di telai.

Le fasce di carbonio mono direzionale vengono

tagliate sulla base di indicazioni computerizzate

e sormontati manualmente ponendo gli strati di

carbonio con un angolo di 45°. Dove la torsione è

maggiore ogni parte del telaio viene rafforzata con

più strati fino ad avere una struttura solida e rigida.

La fase finale è la più severa: una macchina a

fatica mette a dura prova la resistenza del telaio,

caricando di tre volte la potenza e il peso che può

esprimere il ciclista in corsa.

I telai in alluminio invece, sono costruiti con

materiali di lega leggera a profilo L.T.P. (low torsion

profile) realizzato per ridurre la torsione del telaio

in fase di accelerazione, contenendo i pesi grazie

all’impiego di rinforzi asimmetrici nello sviluppo e

differenziati nello spessore.

Our Road range bicycles is the answer to a new

concept of bike for people that are looking for

reliability, security, comfort and a good price/

quality ratio.

The carbon frames are made with high modular

carbon fiber tubes of Toray, the lighter and stronger

for the construction of frames.

The rolls of unidirectional carbon are cut on the

basis of directions computerized and topped

manually placing layers of carbon with an angle

of 45 °. Every part of the frame where the twist is

greater is reinforced with several layers until you

have a solid and rigid frame.

The final stage is hardest: a machine puts a strain

on the fatigue resistance of the frame, charging

three times the power and the weight that can

express rider during the race.

The aluminum frames are made with light alloy

profile LTP (low torsion profile) in order to reduce

the twisting of the frame in the acceleration

phase, containing the weights thanks to the use

of reinforcements asymmetric in the development

and differentiated in the thickness.

rapport qualité / prix.

Les cadres son en tubes de fibres de carbone à

haut module de Toray, le plus léger et le plus fort

pour la construction de trames.

Les rouleaux de mono directionnel de carbone sont

coupés sur la base des indications informatisées et

surmonté de placer manuellement des couches

de carbone avec un angle de 45 °. Chaque partie

de l’image où la torsion est supérieure est renforcée

avec plusieurs couches jusqu’à ce que vous avez

une solide et rigide.

La dernière étape est la plus difficile: une machine

met une pression sur la résistance à la fatigue de

la structure, la charge trois fois la puissance et le

poids que peut exprimer coureur dans la course.

Les cadres en aluminium sont construites avec
