WINTERS SPACE SCOUT REPORT Issue #3 - Cycle 14

CARNOECK

Welcome again commanders for a new tour in one of Felicia Winters’ control system! Today, I’m proud to present to you a densely packed sector, full of colourful wonders and human activity. One that sits near the very heart of civilisation, space and time, and is home to the MinuteMen, a pack of fearsome yet friendly soldiers of galactic renown, so if you ever pass by, make sure to say hi at their headquarters named after one of the greatest gift from mother nature: Bacon City! Although mining activities are still numerous, the sector’s attractiveness comes mainly from belonging to a very dense network of industries, many of which specialise in high tech goods. Great buyers from Sol, Lugh and even Rhea guarantees a steady demand while the many local refineries, although small and isolated in exotic corners of deep-space, help sustain never ending production, all occurring in a bubble of safety and freedom-loving governments.

Sol is only 36.36 Ly away. Despite it’s relative coziness, not too far from Rhea and Hudson space, Alliance enforcers make frequent incursions, using nearby Lugh as an FOV for undermining expeditions.

The area is tightly packed with control headquarters, meaning many systems within Carnoeck’s reach will have their influence spread on other sectors. Freighters from Rhea heading to Zeta Triangulari Australis (ZTA), an area that sees intense power play activity can use Carnoeck’s many facilities for refuelling/reloading as it is conveniently located half-way.

The control sphere contains 27 systems, of which 18 are inhabited, a very high number. The sector is therefore very easy to navigate with short FSD jumps; some systems being separated by merely 2 Ly!

Only 0.07 AU from Wong Ten A, Wong Ten 2 greets explorers with stunning views of its molten crust, of which its young age is at least in part responsible for. Despite being tidally locked to its sun, the scorching temperatures and the points of active volcanism are evenly distributed. Silicate vapours make for most of the atmosphere, packed in a dense, slim layer that crushes the surface with more than five times regular pressure conditions. At the poles, the crust has already escaped the fiery remodelling forces of constant-flowing magma and has undergone erosion, noticeable to its much less glossy appearance. A near total absence of craters indicates that this process is something of the recent past.

(1) A rich and newly wed couple treat themselves by renting an Orca and placing it into Guy’s orbit at fuel-scooping levels. Don’t ask me why.

(2) Not too far away, and closer than all the numerous rocky planets of the system stands Guy 1. This jewel can be easily spotted upon existing hyper space as its vast icy rings reflects

the sun’s glow with spectacular intensity. As one approaches the gas giant however, it is the peculiar bordeaux-coloured swathes of cloud and the regular streaks of greyish-red that will make you lose yourself deep in appreciation of the cosmos. (3): Flyover, with the reflection of both Guy 1 and the Magellanic clouds on the canopy. (4) The system is far from being at peace. This image was taken at a checkpoint where Vipers and Cobras were waiting their turn to join the meat grinder.

LHS 253 is an uninhabited system of many icy worlds with particularly deep canyons, the kind of scars that orbiting around a boiling white dwarf might do. More stunning still was finding signs of active piracy, as the cadavre of this Cobra MkII stands witness. A few canisters of toxic waste were part of the wreckage.

Lu Velorum’s Miletus Station, one of the greatest high-tech powerhouses of Winters Space, sitting awfully close to Gliesse 375, at merely 8.65 Ls! The coriolis station reverberates beautifully the orange light of the M class star. Its beauty and convenience hasn’t brought it to fame yet.

An image taken not too far from Guarragchaa Orbital, the largest activity centre of L 190-21. It enjoys the convenience of neighbour ing a beautiful class II giant, of which its high alt i tude water clouds gives it a distinctive marbled appearance, and its two metal-rich rings are somewhat abundant in silver, not to mention its historic importance for being one of the ma jo r hubs o f t he M inu temen community.

Intense trading and large supply makes Carnoeck a harder sector to find profitable routes: many refineries sell cheap ores but have very limites supplies while only providing undersized pads, often located thousands of Ls. away. Meanwhile, the supply of the two main High-

Tech centres, Carnoeck itself and L 190-21, are highly disputed among traders: more often than not will you end up with leftovers to sell, albeit to a disadvantageous price. There are great exceptions, however.

BUYER’S GUIDE:

AGRICULTURE: Only two hubs specialise in agricultural goods: Cavins’ Alcala Hub and Stafford Dock from the Guy super agroindustrial center (see Industry). Both offer the same variety and supply of goods, however Alcala has cheaper price tags, most notably on Algae (-53.9% g.a.), Fish (-20.3% g.a.), Fruits & Vegetables (-21.7% g.a.) and Grains (-31.7% g.a.). Still cheaper but to a lesser extent are Liquors (-14.3% g.a.), Wine (-28.7% g.a.), Coffee (-9.0% g.a.) and Tea (-9.7% g.a.). Guy only bets Cavins on commodities prices with Animal Meat (-10.3% g.a.) and Natural Fabrics (-23.2% g.a.) Mineral Oil (-34.6% g.a.), Beer (-39.9% g.a.) and Leather (-42.2% g.a.) are all identically valued. INDUSTRY: Due to its very large population and having five industrial-dedicated hubs, Guy stands out as the best place do to shopping: it is there that most machineries are the cheapest, coupled with nearly infinite supply. Mondeh Terminal is the sector-wide best-seller of Food Cartridges (-48.3% g.a), Atmospheric Processors (-17.0% g.a), Crop Harvesters (-7.0% g.a) Mineral Extractors (-18.0% g.a), Water Purifiers (-28.3% g.a) and Computer Components (+3.6% g.a). Note that Computer Components are quite the exception in terms of profitability, with prices below galactic average nowhere to be found in the region. Georg Bothe Port and Qurra Orbital specialise in Power Generators (-21.1% g.a). Guy’s other markets as well as Nye Port from Cavins have

similar prices on the above mentioned commodities. Nye Port in turn is the best-seller of Basic Medicines (-11.3% g.a). Also in Cavins is McNair Ring with lowest prices on Clothing (-21.1% g.a), Domestic Appliances (-14.6% g.a) and industrial-made Liquor (-14.6% g.a) all of which can also be found at Guy at good prices. Marine Equipment (-4.9% g.a) is the speciality of the industrial refinery LHS 2429’s Bakewell Station (see Refinery). Other sellers: Corbenic, LP 847 and Trepin. Watch out for Battuta City of LP 847, and McCandles Terminal of Guy where prices are the most disadvantageous in the region. Also note that Trepin is only worth the trip if you plan to visit Rukavishnikov Hub. Its two other platforms are extremely far from spawn.

REFINERY: Refined products are extremely easy to

find with over 10 systems that are partly or entirely involved with this type of trading. Only two however, propose the best values on the entire range of refined products, the biggest being a High-Tech centre that unfortunately sits far away from most systems of the area. Lu Velorum is a powerhouse (see High Tech): with best prices on all its refined goods that are spread out in two hubs. Miletus Station is l e a d i n g i n P o l y m e r s ( - 4 6 . 7 % g . a ) , S e m i c o n d u c t o r s ( - 1 5 . 4 % g . a ) , Superconductors (-8.5% g.a), and shares Aluminium (-29.7% g.a), Copper (-23.0% g.a) and Synthetic Fabrics (-44.6% g.a) prices with its local companion: Alten Gateway. This station in turn is the selling leader of Beryllium (-8.3% g.a) and Titanium (-16.4% g.a).

Page 7

ECONOMY:

Lu Velorum’s lack of other types of ressources means Mikir’s Payette Settlement is the place to go in order to buy some Gallium (-4.7% g.a), Indium (-3.3% g.a), Lithium (-9.5% g.a), Tantalum (-5.5% g.a) and Uranium (-7.3% g.a). Also a great place to buy certain types of extraction commodities (see extraction). Explosives (-32.7% g.a) is a speciality of LHS 2429’s Bakewell Station. All the other markets are quite homogenous in terms of price variation amongst product types (anywhere between -2 and -14% g.a), so one should expect the same benefits whether they bought their products from Mikir’s Wang Hub, Pwyll, V857 Centauri, Marditj, LHS 2441, LFT 682 or LHS 2157 all of which offer the complete set. Carnoeck has decent offerings as well but with a more limited range of items. Good values on: Explosives, Polymers, Aluminium, Copper, Titanium and Synthetic Fabrics. Refrain from buying at Acaba Dock (LHS 2429), Lind Landing (LHS 2166), Delucas Port (LHS 2157) and LP 847 altogether, due to high prices and/or limited product range

HIGH TECH: The data for Carnoeck and L 190-21 is undoubtedly skewed due to an intense presence of trading commanders. Although both of them offer their products at an acceptable price, they are no match with Lu Velorum that boasts the most competitive rates of the region on nearly all High Tech commodities as well as on many refined goods (see refinery). The flip-side is that it is awfully remote (see distance table). Regional trading will on many occasions require extra jumps to link the many buyers thirsty for technology. Miletus Stat ion dominates wi th Consumer Technology (-10.3% g.a), Synthetic Meat (-45.0% g.a), Performance Enhancers (-11.9% g.a), Progenitor Cells (-11.6% g.a), Advanced Catalysers (-9.7% g.a), Bioreducing Lichen (-25.4% g.a), Robotics (-18.0% g.a) and shares with Alten Gateway Aquaponic Systems ( -38.7% g.a). No Resonating Separators or Microbial Furnaces sold. Alten

Gateway is itself a specialist on Agri-Medicines (-18.6% g.a), Animal Monitors (-33.5% g.a), Auto-fabricators (-38.7% g.a) and Land Enrichment Systems (-10.5% g.a). No Consumer Technology, Microbial Furnaces, Medicines or Advanced Catalysers sold. Carnoeck’s Bacon City pulls off the best numbers with Microbial Furnaces (-42.3% g.a), Resonating Separators (-5.8% g.a) and rightfully so, with Synthetic Bacon..uh I mean Meat (-45.0% g.a also seen at Miletus Station). No Agri-Medicines or Advanced Catalysers sold. While L 190-21 doesn’t best the two others in any particular field, it still offers a wide variety of technology. Guarragchaa Orbital sells particularly cheap L.E.S, Bioreducing Lichen and Advanced Catalysers (-10.2% g.a, -22.0% g.a and -8.6% g.a each). No Microbial Furnaces sold. Pesticides are found almost everywhere in the region at the same price (34.6% g.a) including all four stations mentioned above. Regardless of which station you do shopping, you’ll always find cheap Pesticides, Animal Monitors, Aquaponic Systems, Bioreducing Lichen and Synthetic Meat. Note that H.E Suits are completely absent in any of the 12 High Tech markets.EXTRACTION Extraction is not at the forefront of Carnoeck’s economic agenda: only a handful do operate extractors, and fewer still have an acceptable product range. It is particularly difficult to find minerals: some can only be found at one particular location; those stations that extract minerals sell them and their metals at fairly discouraging prices. Bertrandite and Indite are not in stock at all. Mikir offers the best deals on Cobalt (-9.3% g.a), Gold (-2.6% g.a) and Silver (-4.7% g.a) at Payette Settlement which also specialises on other kinds of refined metals (see refinery). Wang Hub is also well equipped in the commodities mentioned above (equal value on Gold), and has the second cheapest Palladium of the region, only bested at a 0.2

Page 8

point margin by Pwyll’s Mattingly Port (-2.7% g.a). The following systems sell these ores at a standardised and advantageous price: LFT 682, LHS 2166 (Veach Hangar), Pwyll (Northrop Refinery), V857 Centauri, Marditj, LHS 2441, LHS 2157 (except Delucas Port) and Wong Ten with the following: Cobalt at about -5.0% g.a, Gold around -2.2% g.a, Palladium around -2.1% g.a and Silver at around -3.1% g.a. LHS 2441 also has at its disposition some cheap Bauxite (-24.8% g.a) and Coltan (-1.6% g.a). More Bauxite can be found at LFT 682 (Gernhardt Vision) and LHS 2157’s Allen Platform at a comparable price. The latter and Wang Hub (Mikir) are the only places where Lepidolite is sold (-4.9 and -4.3% g.a each). Delucas Port of LHS 2157 is quite awful in metal prices, however it is the only station that has Gallite, at an expensive +4.6% g.a. Same goes for Lind Landing of LHS 2166 with Rutile and Uranite, both at +2.4% g.a and +6.5% g.a respectively.

CONTRABAND AND WEAPONS: Note: illegal trade is a highly volatile market due to market availability being dependent on the type of political regime that governs the starport in question. Always check your system map for shifts in governance. At the time of writing, all illegal commodities could be found within the control

sphere, but only few select starports openly did so. Alexandrov Port of L 190-21 has complete monopoly on production and distribution of Narcotics (-5.4% g.a) and Combat Stabilisers (-13.6% g.a). Be warned that the outpost is located far away, at over 27K Ls from spawn. Slavery isn’t rampant but quite a few places do indulge themselves with this archaic practice. Imperial Slaves (-0.9% g.a) are to be found at Goeshke Entreprise & Leclerc Dock (Guy), two outposts in the hand of an influential dictatorial party. Slaves are to be found elsewhere, at LP 847’s Celsius Port and Mikir’s Wang Hub at -1.4% g.a. Goeshke Entreprise and Leclerc Dock also specialise in the production of cheap Personal Weapons (-4.4% g.a), and so do McCandles Orbital and Qurra Dock -still at Guy- but at a slightly more expensive price. Battle Weapons are quite expensive in the region; the only recommendable place to buy is Celsius Port of LP 847, offering them at a bare -0.1% g.a. Finally, LP 190-21 and Carnoeck are both great places to buy legal weapons with prices not too far off from the region best sellers and retailers on every single platform. Midgley Terminal and Miletus Station, from Carnoeck and Lu Velorum respectively, both share the crown for cheapest Non-Lethal Weapons (-18.5% g.a), while Bacon City is best for Reactive Armors (-18.3% g.a).

POWER PLAY: WEEKLY CC INCOME: 111CC (133CC income - 22CC upkeep) FORTIFICATION TRIGGER: 5488 UNDERMINING TRIGGER: 15441 RATIO: 2.81 POPULATION: 3’603.840 MILLION (3.6 BILLION)

CARNOECK (34 Million, 1.17%, Democracy, High Security, 9CC) A great surprise was to discover that a fore ign minor fact ion was ru l ing the headquarters of the region. Coming from Mikir is the federation aligned democratic Mikir Free party, in control of every single stations the system has and with a rating of 30.0% influence. Undoubtedly the feat of many partisan commanders trying to shape Felicia Winter’s control systems into democracy heavens. Its popularity attracts a bit of criminality however as the ruling faction has initiated a Lockdown protocol. Not too far off is the Carnoeck Group corporation with federal ties (26.5%), a rising star in the local political arena. The home-made democratic party, United Carnoeck for Equality follows with 22.3%, an adventurous group that has is successfull elsewhere, namely V857 Centauri and Cavins. Losing influence fast is the Mob of Carnoeck anarchists that sank in a single week from 26.8% down to 14.5% influence, perhaps as a consequence of the Lockdown in effect. Almost negligible and last in influence ratings is the Natural Carnoeck Movement, a dictatorial regime that struggle with just 6.7%.

LFT 682 (90’271 inhabitants , <0.1%, Corporate, Medium Security, 6CC) A small but violent system under the waning control of LFT 682 Ltd., that lost over 10 points in influence, now rated at 33.5%. Despite this loss, this federal corporation remains in control of Gernhardt Vision and is far

ahead of the other parties, some of which are experiencing civil war. The two belligerents in question are the LFT 682 Universal federal corporation (13.7%) and the Brotherhood of LFT 682 (14.2%) anarchic groupuscule.

LHS 2166 (227’000 inhabitants, <0.1%, Corporate, Medium Security, 6CC) This system is enjoying peaceful times under the rule of Crimson Netcoms Industries, pledged to the federation, and in control of the system’s two tiny mining facilites: Lind Landing and Veach Hangar . The opposition is embodied by the federal democratic party Independents of LHS 2166 Democrats which boast 26.4% influence versus 36.2% for its rival.

L 190-21 (107.4 Million inhabitants, 3.0%, Democracy, High Security, 9CC) The Social L 190-21 Green Party has had its hegemony peacefully contested by the ever so popular L 190-21 Corp. (54.3% vs 12.7%). The latter is also in control of three out of five outposts: Bonder Terminal (a Coriolis High-Tech starport), Wescott Port and Bamford City. Part of the Green Party downfall can be explained by their highly illegal activities, notably the selling out in the open of Narcotics and Combat Stabilisers at the distant Alexandrov Port (see Economy). Their other stronghold, and the heart of this dynamic system is Guarragchaa Orbital, a coriolis starport orbiting a gorgeous class II gas giant (L 190-21 A 1) that still has some valuable reserves left in its rings.

Page 10

POLITICS:

L 190-21 Corp. is not to be confused with L 190-21 Exchange, another federal aligned corporation and an important although flickering influence (24.0%).

CORBENIC (3.8 Million inhabitants, 0.1%, Dictatorship, High Security, 8 CC) Althoug the League of Corbenic dictatorship isn’t very influential (16.0%) , it is nearly in total control of the system by owning Fullerton Terminal and Hertz City, most-likely via its proxy dictatorial party called League of Corbenic Defence Party (34.6%), currently waging a civil war against the federal aligned corporation Corbenic Major & Co. (22.4%). Meanwhile, the isolated Fermi Landing is house to a modest democratic party, most-likely waiting for better times: the Corbenic Progressive Party, with ties to the federation.

LP 847-48 (19 Million inhabitants, 0.5%, Democracy, High Security, 8CC) With a solid 46.9%, although the rating has been down trending in the recent past, the New LP 847-48 Labour party dominates the political landscape, it’s two other rivals pulling off much smaller numbers due to an ongoing civil war: LP 847-48 Gold Vision Network (16.5%), a federal corporation, is struggling to maintain control on Battuta City, to the extent that the stat ion has seen s igni f icant deterioration in its economical health, while fighting off, slowly but surely, the influence of the dictatorial Law Party of LP 847-48 (15.2%). The Labour party is in command of the Rozhdestvensky Hub orbis station while the tiny Celsius Port is currently being the headquarters for a gang of anarchist slavers and war-lords (see contraband and weapons) known as LP 847-48 Posse.

MIKIR ( 414 ’000 Inhab i t an t s , <0 .1%, Democracy, High Security, 7CC) One of the most powerful political entity of the entire sector has its roots here. In control of both Carnoek and Mikir, the Mikir Free democratic party is unequivocal in its control: to this day, the party boasts a

spectacular 69.6% influence locally, sitting on top of only two tiny outposts: Shepard Hangar (no commodities market) and the very prof i table re f inery known as Payette Settlement. Wa n g H u b h a s s s u r p r i s i n g l y competitive economy given it is currently under the rule of the Mikir Boys, a tiny group of anarchists (1.8%).

PWYLL (325 ’000 inhabi tants , <0.1%, Corporate, Medium Security, 7CC) Pwyll Jet Dynamic Commodities (21.0%) has just entered civil war with its former federal ally: Pwyll Future (18.1%), disputing its hegemony over Northrop Refinery and Papin Orbital; the control of the entire system is at stake. Both have seen a slight increase in influence due to the recent outbreak but not without endangering the entire system by perpetuating a weakening of an already feeble economy. A great benefit from this predicament however is the collapsing interest people have in the radical Pwyll Order party, a dictatorship that suddenly fell from 41.9% down to 24.8%, remaining the number one influential party but with now a much weaker stand in their stronghold: Mattingly Port. An outsider in this conflict is the United Kushen Future democratic party, a successful group from Kushen of the Charunder sector. A rising star, with now nearly as much influence as the two contenders for Pwyll’s control (17.5%).

V857 CENTAURI (29’000 inhabitants, <0.1%, Confederacy, Low Security, 5CC) The minuscule refinery called Benz Port is home to some courageous miners, having only one planet to live by, far away from spawn. Their united spirit shows: a strong majority is pledged to a Federation-loving confederate state (59.1%). Despite low reserves in the asteroid belts, the V857 Centauri Coalition is enjoying a state of consistent economic boom. With a modest 5.2%, the United Carnoeck For Equality democratic party is here to represent Carnoeck’s interest.

Page 11

CAVINS (15.9 Million inhabitants, 0.4%, Democracy, High Security, 8CC) This quiet corner is under the rule of the Independents of Cavins (24.4%), somewhat popular and holding two major economical hubs; Alcala Hub and McNair Ring, but their weakening influence is setting in motion the rise of the Cavins Systems corporate party, now rated at 38.6% (down-trending) and the United Carnoeck for Equality whose very strong presence and popularity has put them at the same standing than the ruling party with 24.2% (up-trending). An u l t ra-nat ional is t party - the Nationalists of Cavins - with only 5.8% is currently enjoying stability standing on top of Nye Port.

MARDITJ (160’700 inhabitants, <0.1%, Democracy, Medium Security, 6CC) Two important mines, although short in supplies, are part of the economic backbone of Carnoeck’s trade routes. McCorknick Terminal is the headquarters of the system, housing the People’s Marditj Liberals democratic party, a loyal ally of the Federation. Although still in an undeniably dominant position, the party went from 51.3% down to 42.2% in a matter of weeks, losing support to the Marditj Vision Co. corporate entity, which climbed from an estimated 11.0% up to 24.9%. An impressive jump. L iwei P la t form i s home to an independent corporation: Marditj Netcoms Co. enjoying stability (18.2%). Two extremists party are stuck in the bottom. A civil war between the Marditj Gang anarchists and the United Marditj Dominion dictatorship just ended putting the two back at a status quo (7.4% both) most likely due to the population’s lack of interest in their conflict.

LHS 2441 (101’600 inhabitants, <0.1%, Corporate, Medium Security, 6CC) Not a single party with democratic tendencies exist in this system that has just escaped the flames of a violent civil war that opposed the ruling faction - a federal

corporation know as LHS 2441 Silver Life Commodities - and the LHS 2441 Alliance confederates, ending with barely any changes in standings (40.6% vs 23.9% respectively). The other political players only constitute a homogenous minority, none of them having ties with the Federation.

TREPIN (28.6 Million, 0.8%, Democracy, High Security, 8CC) Trepin Values Party has gathered more than half the total influence (50.6%), sitting on the dynamic Rukavishnikov coriolis Hub, isolated from the other half of Trepin: a bit of a world of its own really,. Sitting 120K Ls away and hosting two tiny colonies, Kuhn Hub as well as Gaffney Ring were until recently the theatre of a dispute of hegemony. Trepin Energy Limited , an increasingly popular federal corporation failed at keeping control of Gaffney Ring while increasing its standing to 15.5%. Their despotic r ivals, the Bureau of Trepin Constitution, now in control of both outposts, paid the price by losing significant influence (now at 19.2%, down-trending), most likely due to the low living standards they impose on its population.

LU VELORUM (17.2 Million inhabitiants, 0.5%, Democracy, High Security, 8CC) Yet another system that has just escaped the flames of civil war. Alten Gateway and Card Entreprise were being disputed by Lu Velorum Bridge Services (8.1% up-trending), an independent corporation and the Society of Lu Velorum (4.5% down-trending) fighting for the interest of their anarchic followers. Both stations stayed under civilised rule. The capital, Miletus Station, saw no violent activities and remains the headquarters for the leading Social Lu Velorum Green Party, the system’s beacon of democracy and the values of the Federation, standing with an impressive 54.5%. The main opposition is incarnated by the Lu Velorum State Inc federal corporation

Page 12

and is attracting an increasing minority of people (30.6% up-trending).

GUY ( 3.394 Billion inhabitants, 94.2%, Corporate, High Security, 11C) This immensely populated system gathers the vast majority of the Carnoeck control-sphere inhabitants, making it the regional headquarters in terms of political activity. Sitting far ahead, possessing the densely populated Stafford agricultural Dock, Mondeh industrial Terminal - two immense orbis-class statoin - as well as being in control of Goeschke Entreprise - an industrial giant - and Georg Bothe Port, Guy Exchange is the most important political party, serving its own corporate interests, as well as those of the Federation (52.9%). Rampant extremism is endangering the stability of the region; while nowhere near as popular as the ruling faction, the Conservatives of Guy are becoming increasingly popular with 18.9%, although they are yet to hold any substantial real estate. An impressive feat is that of the dictatorial Party of Guy. With a negligible 11.4% influence, it is managing to stay in control of McCandless Terminal, Qurra Orbital and last but not least, the giant Leclerc orbis Dock. These are in part responsible for the contraband occuring in the sector.

LHS 2157 (484.300 Inhabitants, <0.1%, Democracy, Medium Security, 7CC) A tiny and peaceful system, with two advanced colonies and a coriolis station, all under the control of the LHS 2157 Future democratic party, which has enjoyed an enormous jump of popularity in the recent past, climbing from 34.1% up to 48.6%! Meanwhi le , the arguably most influential anarchists of the sector known as the Purple Mob are suffering from a slow and steady loss of influence (24.2% down-trending), now at the mercy of being outperformed by the LHS 2157 Allied Corporation (21.2%).

WONG TEN (104’800 inhabitants, <0.1%, Democracy, Medium Security, 6CC) The race for influence is tight between the party of the Wong Ten Democrats (39.4%), masters of Hooke Platform, and the Wong Ten Power Organisation (32.6%) corporation, both of which are coexisting thanks to their shared interests of serving the Federation. An enduring civil war opposes two other extremist minor parties, fighting for dust, and stagnating in their quest for more popularity (14.0% both).

LHS 2429 (7.7 Million, 0.2%, Democracy, High Security, 8CC) The local political landscape is diverse and entering deep into conflictual waters. Movement for LHS 2429 Democrats (36.1%), currently ruling at Acaba Dock and Antonelli Ciry, is silently watching two enemy parties that have just started a civil war. Fighting for influence are LHS 2429 General Incorporated (18.6% down-trending) and the LHS 2429 Mob anarchists (16.7%). The main opposition to the democrats however is the United LHS 2429 Flag dictatorship, currently in control of a tiny outpost known as Bakewell Station.
