I have been working with Farmers for over 9 years. My duties include working side by side with Agency Owners and their Staff establishing day to day operations. As General Manager I have had the opportunity to experience all the systems and support Farmers has to offer our Agencies. Especially new agencies with multiple bonus incentives and training programs to insure success while starting your own business. Farmers Insurance, is involved in the Community, Fundraising events, Educational programs, M.I.L.K, and other events. Working with the Farmers has allowed me to play a crucial role in the development of new offices, from the first interview to moving in to their own office.

I have 18 years of experience training insurance agents. With Farmers my duties include leading the LUTCF Certification courses taught through the American College to help our agents increase their knowledge and ability. I also assist in making sure their life policies are issued as seamlessly as possible. I have a Finance Degree from California State University, Los Angeles, and I currently serve as the treasurer for my church. My credentials include the California Life & Health, and Property & Casualty Licenses, the Public Notary license, and the Federal Securities license through FINRA
I have 5+ years Customer Service experience. I thoroughly enjoy meeting and getting to know
people, it allows me the opportunity to find out what their
aspirations are. As Director of Agency Acquisitions, I seek out entrepreneurial minded, well
capitalized candidates who are looking to own their own business.
I also help our existing agencies find well qualified staff to help
grow their agencies. I love to help people. Assisting in the process of
finding a candidate and helping them to reach their end result of owning their own Agency is very
rewarding for me, and I enjoy every step of the process! Farmers has
