The MHG Brand Ambassador will be the face of the company and promote MHG products and services. The Brand Ambassador will represent the MHG brand to targeted guests in order to create brand awareness, generate sales opportunities and build guest preference. MHG Brand Ambassadors will work a variety of shifts and events in order to promote all aspects of the MHG Brand including restaurants, hotels, PEI Brewing Company and Cavendish Beach Music Festival.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:• Knowledgeable in PEI tourism and the “must-see’s and do’s”• Knowledge of MHG Brands – restaurants, hotels and PEIBC• Planning and delivery of MHG packages to hotels and B&B’s (and monthly updates)• Visit VIC’s with MHG information• Develop and maintain calendar of events and activation opportunities• Act as brand representative for product samplings, events • Mobile Marketing throughout downtown Charlottetown

REQUIREMENTS:• Must be 19+ plus • Minimum 2 years Guest Service experience• Valid driver’s license (must provide own transportation) • Desire to meet new people

MUST HAVE’S:• A passion for tourism and MHG! • Approachable and effective communication skills • Outgoing, energetic, friendly personality • Strong organizational skills• Ability to prioritize and multi-task• Self-starter / self-motivated • Work independently or in a team environment • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Strong attention to detail• Possess the maturity to work with little supervision in an independent setting• Professionalism – dependable, reliable, punctual

• 40 HOURS/WEEK• WILL WORK A VARIETY OF SHIFTSINCLUDING DAYS, EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYSSCHEDULE

• $15/HOUR• CELL PHONE ALLOWANCE WILL BE PROVIDEDSALARY
