series of darker !rown !ars and spots# The pattern fades towards the tail#

The "pper s"rface of the flowered racers head "s"ally has symmetrical dark markings, sometimes

edged with white, !"t in some indi%id"als it may !e a "niform oli%e colo"r# There is a dark !and

!elow each eye, and the scales aro"nd the mo"th are yellowish, "s"ally with !lackish centres#

The "nderside of the flowered racer is yellowish or red, with a dark spot at the end of each scale

&"%enile flowered racers ha%e more distinct markings than the ad"lts# Some ad"lt flowered racers

can appear "niform !rown, with an a!sence of dark markings
