Sign-up / Sign-in

1) For the 1st time User will Sign-up using Prottasha user-id and password.

2) On next login user have to only give password to login to app.

Booking List

1) After Login booking list will be shown for the user.

2) Also show the status of the booking.

3) Requester can give new booking by pressing “NEW BOOKING” button.

4) Requester can do the following actions by pressing “CANCEL”, “CHECK IN”, “CHECK OUT” button.

New Booking

1) New booking related information will be given here.

2) Then press “Book” button.

3) Booking notification will send to Line Manager by SMS for approval.

Approver List

1) Approver will check the booking information and can approve/reject by pressing the “APPROVE” / “REJECT” button.

2) A confirmation notification will send to both Requester and Help Desk.

3) When reject, only requester will get the notification.

Help Desk

1) Help Desk operator will see the list of booking request.

2) He will click on “CAR BOOK” button and go to details screen.

Help Desk

1) Help Desk operator will select Vendor & Car and then enter the Driver Name & Cell Number.

2) Confirm the Car by Pressing “CONFIRMATION” Button and confirmation notification will go to the requester and driver by SMS.

Driver Check In

1) Driver can see detail information of the journey.

2) He can start the journey by pressing “CHECK IN” button.

3) Automatically capture the journey Start Time and Geo Location.
