Explanation

August 2019 was the month of energy saving.As an energy saving theme, we chose to reduce air leaks and we did many activities related to this theme.

We have reduced air leakage ratio from 25% (2018) to 17% (2019).

yellow card in places with air leaks.

All industrial wastewater from the factory is treated by entering the industrial wastewater recycle system.Approximately 55% of the treated water is used again as clean water.

Explanation

Irrigation water was obtained by mixing industrial wastewater recycling facility wastewater and domestic wastewater.With this method, 227 m³ / day of water is obtained daily during the months that require irrigation.

1. Our main purpose in the Monthly Safety Theme activity, which we are implementing within the scope of Bottom up activities, is to ensure everyone's participation in safety activities and in this way, to develop safety awareness and culture in SAT.For this purpose, we created 115 small teams in SAT at the beginning of 2019. Each team sends reports of their activities within the month and we try to see everyone's participation in this way.We also share the top three activities with everyone through team leaders at weekly safety meetings on Thursdays and reward themselves for their goodactivities.

ACTIVITIES

2. We launched the Safe Behavior Development Activity, which is another important activity, with STT-SAFETY TRAINING TEAM. Our target in this activity is that everyone voluntarily obeyed the rules.
