Seniors Paint Mural Seniors Rylee Dunn, Brianna Herron and Tavia Wine collaborated on a mural in the style of Rene Magritte, the surrealist painter known for odd juxtapositions, sharp contrast and shadows. They chose to paint the Saint Helena Cathedral and include the famous scene of the airplane pilot flying through the spires. Rylee re-cently met the son of the man who famously made this flight and he was excited to see the painting. Robert Raynor brought along a picture of his father next the plane he flew that day, as well as some stories about his dad and the famous flight. It was

a great opportunity to connect history with art as well as the community with our Capital High students.
