Introduction to Jmac Investment Group.Established in 1998 in Western Australia by brothers Michael Chittick and Jamie Chittick, Jmac Investment Group (trading as JMAC Civil), immediately obtained lucrative contracts with large scale construction companies. Well known international contractors such as CIMIC Group Limited and Thiess quickly and confidently aligned with Jmac, setting the foundation for the Company’s reputation to deliver effectively.Spanning both the private and the public sectors, JMACs capabilities provide integrated building and maintenance works across mining, infrastructure & residential. By combining full-service construction requirements performed by skilled industry professionals, Jmac continues to set the benchmark in ground-up building agility & capabilities. Jmac Civil consistently expands its assets and methods to create solutions that satisfy client production goals. 1998JMAC secures its first contract with Leightons (now CIMIC Group) to fit out the new Mandurah Hospital known as Peel Health Campus - contract value $300,000.

Less than 2 months later, JMAC secured a second contract with Leightons. The 100 km Salt Water pipeline project covered works from coastal Australind in Perth to Collie, WA - contract Value $400,000.

2000Thiess awards JMAC the highly sought after contract for all concrete and form-work for the 12 bridges of Perth’s new South Freeway Link - contract value $1,800,000.

2002JMAC wins contracts on Roe Highway bridges and noise-wall construction/installation. With more than 20 km of noise wall and installation of pre-cast panels to bridge components with a contract value of $1.2m dollars.

2004 - 2010During this period JMACs focus was placed on over 50 residential housing renovations and multiple apartment developments throughout WA.

During the six years, the projects consisted of single story houses @ $80k per house and 3 unit, single story developments @$900k per set.

2010 - 2015Further apartment developments undertaken: Single story renovations values $100k each, and 3 unit site single story value $900 k per set.

Large sheds including fit-outs: complete specialised shed in Perth region with contract from 250k to 500k including workshops and equestrian use

First 400-acre subdivision. A 6-million-dollar subdivision in the Perth hills; subdivided into 50 acre lots completing 2 km road works.

The project included :

• Fire management plans• Environment plans,• Plant and wildlife studies,• Power & Telstra services.

2017Operation is moved to Goldfields in Western Australia after winning contracts with Pit N Portal to supply workshops, concrete works and general building and maintenance.

2018 - PresentWork commences at Minjar Gold Mine. JMAC is engaged for a wide scope of works at the Marvel Loch & Nevoria mine sites.

Works included:

• Exploration (construct new core shedand office fit-out( value$450k)

• Set up for Jacaletti undergroundmining workshops ($520k)

• New magazine area set up ($50k)• Camp maintenance as required

($100k to date)• New fire shed ($35k)• Refurbish on-site buildings $350k• Small sheds and various works

(sewer connection, mains electrical/maintenance in the mill)

Site and building maintenance continues on all Marvel Loch camps and residential properties.

Future GoalsJmac will maintain its positive trajectory by continuing to excel in building and maintenance works.

Spanning across Government and Private sectors, in both remote or densely populated locations throughout Australia.

Through vast experience in the aforementioned fields, Jmac plans to exceed expectations in residential apartment and subdivision developments.

This will be achieved through harbouring further strong relationships with industry partners via impeccable construction works and concise and punctual communications.

Jamie utilises more than two decades in finance management with our company.

Shane Tregurtha: Wendy Austin:Operations Manager Accounts & AdminWith a building career spanning 22 years, Shane runs the teams with a experienced approach to safety and productivity

Wendy has been with the company for 15 years. Wendy’s primary role is to manage all aspects of HR, admin and industrial relations.

Doug Circosta: Ben Duffy:Electrical Supervisor Plumbing SupervisorDoug is a electrical contractor with 25 years experience. He has worked in all aspects of the trade, including building, construction and mining.

Ben applies 18 year experience in the plumbing industry, specialising in all aspects of the construction and building works.

Despite the usual challenges of remote site construction and the need to mitigate client production disruption, this example project was completed safely, on time and to budget.

Case Study: Minjar GoldType of project: Design and construct new core shed in Marvel Loch , WA (Tianye SXO).

Duration of project:2 months

Summary of deliverables:This mining infrastructure project required the design and construction of a new core shed and removal of the previous one. Once built, the new shed enabled the client to house 4 additional drill rigs; equating to a production increase of 300%.

Key problems faced:During the project’s construction phase (concreting & operational cranes), Minjar’s exploration team were also on site performing works. Despite the challenges and potential safety risks, all barriers were overcome with minimal disruption to either party, via regular pre-start meetings and clear communication .

Key achievements:No safety incidents or lost time injuries occurred throughout the project. The entire scope was completed on time and to client budget.

• Complete earth works and set out for newconstruction
