RESOLUTION NO. 1: Considered and approved the monthly accounts for the month of October, 2019.

2. AT PRESENT THERE IS NO REGISTRATION FEE/O.P.D. FEE IN CATNONMENT BOARD RUN DISPENSARY :

Jt is proposed to fix the registration/OPD fee of Rs. 101- per patients with validity of 03 days as O.P.D. fees. The E.C.G. Machine, Nebulizer, blood sugar testing machine etc. facilities are available in the dispensary at concessional rates and free medicines are provided to general public.

RESOLUTION 2 : Registration/OPD fee of Rs. 5/- per patients will be charged w.e.f. 02.12.2019 which will be valid for three days. It is pointed out by majority of members that medicines are not available many a times. The Doctor and Storekeeper shall be sensitized on it, so that patients do not suffer.

3. INCREASE OF HONORARIUM OF DOCTOR & COMPOUNDER (PART-TIME) OUTDOOR DISPENSARY: AJMER CANTT.

Reference application dated 14.10.2019 submitted by Dr. Ramesh Bhambani and Deepender Singh, Male Nurse (Part-time), for increase of honorarium for 2 hours daily service at Cantonment Board Outdoor Dispensary. At present salary Rs. 15000/- per month paid to Doctor and Rs. 7000/- paid to Shri Deepender Singh, Male Nurse.

List of increase in number of patients in O.P.D. from Jan., 2019 to Oct., 2019 is placed on the table.

And application dated 21.10.2019 Ragini Upadhyay D/o Suresh Chand Upadhyay, 87, Sony Nagar, Foysagar Road, Ajmer is also placed on the table, wherein she requested for work in Cantonment Board Outdoor Dispensary as a Compounder post.

Since the Doctor and Male nurse are being paid at above rate w.e.f. 04.04.2017 (Doctor) and Oct., 20 I 7 (Male Nurse) on increase of 10% per annum is proposed.

RESOLUTION 3 : Considered and resolved that 20% honorarium is increased. Now the honorarium of Doctor will be Rs. 18000/- per month and of Male Nurse will be Rs. 8400/- per month w.e.f. 15.11.2019.

4. PURCHASE OF SUMMER AND WINTER UNIFORMS CLOTH TO ENTITLED EMPLOYEES OF CANTT. BOARD AJMER

Reference C.B. Res. No. 15 dated 29.08.2019

To consider matter for rates amendment of above cited C.B. Res. No. 15 dated 29.08.2019 to purchase of summer and winter uniforms clothes as required for 11 Male and 02 Female employees who are entitled for uniform during the year 2019-20 in this connection, New rates received from National Textile Corporation Limited, Divisional Office Delhi letter No. NTC/DOD/MKTG/2019-20/440 dated 25 .10.2019 for supply of cloth. The (Approximate) expenditure involved is Rs. 43 ,384.11 Only.

Budgetary provision for the same exists under relevant budget heads. The case file along with the · all relevant papers are placed on the table.

RESOLUTION 4 : Considered and approved. It is mentioned by PCB that while distributing uniform, instructions must be given to staff to compulsorily wear it and at time of next distribution, the old uniform must be submitted to office.

5. REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE WORK, WHITE WASIIlNG IP AINTING OF C.F. PROPERTIES

Reference C.B. Res. No. 09 dated 29.08.2019

It is necessary to carry out Maintenance works to keep Cantonment fund properties in good state. The previous work of repairing is done by the Two Mistri and Four Beldar and One Painter with One assistant, was started form date 05 .09.2019 and carried out following works: -

(a) Renovation and re-location of New Dispensary (b) Renovation of Well , near privthiaraj udhyan (c) Repairing of Drains in Civil area ( d) Repairing of Kachra depot ( e) Repairing of wal Is of Park (t) Construction of Chabutra, near H. No. 01 (g) Repairing of walls at Samshan Ghat (h) Painting and White washing of New Dispensary and other construction work.

It is proposed for engagement of Three Mistri with Six Beldars and Two painters with two Assistants as per minimum Wages Act for the year 2019-20, for repairing of building, repairing of drains, pavements painting of steel grills/gates/gates/doors, windows etc. , and white washing of Cantonment Fund Property. In view of good results obtained from earlier engagement of two Mistri and 4 Beldars.

The said minimum work can be carried out departmentally and C.E.O. be authorised I be permitted to purchase materials such as Cement, Bricks, Sand, paints, distempers, colour etc. as per procurement policy, w.e.f. 05.12.2019 for maximum three months or lessor period as per requirement.

The file along with the all relevant papers are placed on the table.

RESOLUTION 5 : Two mistri with four beldar and one painters with one Assistants as per minimum wages act for the year 2019-20, for repair & maintenance of C.F. properties for a period of three months is recommended & approved. The progress shall be reviewed in next board meeting. The Junior Engineer (Civil) will monitor and ensure work is carried out satisfactory. C.E.O. is authorized to purchase Cement, Bajri, concrete etc. and payment to labour through department, as per GFR 2017.

6. PROPOSAL OF WALKWAY ANDOPENGYMAT ENTRANCE OFPALTANBAZARTO PUMP HOUSE, CANTONMENT BOARD AJMER

To consider the matter, of 1.2 meter wide and 350 meter long walkway for public in green belt area from at main entrance of paltan bazar to pump house, Cantonment Board Ajmer and the Open Gym :::.t the same place.

The approximate expenditure on this work in rupees -

(A) Precast concrete slab floor (M & L) and other Misc. work up to Rs. 4.0 Lacs (B) Entrance and exit gates (C) Equipment for Open Gym Minimum one set of 08 equipment upto

Rs.5.0Lacs. The C.E.O. is authorised to carry out, work through department labour/material and purchase of

Open Gym equipments as per GLR 2017.

RESOLUTION 6: Considered and approved, the construction of walk way, inside green belt from entrance to Paltan Bazar up to pump house with interlocking blocks, 1.2 M wide track. The appropriate gates at entrance & exist be fixed. The total expenditure on these works should be not more than 4.3 lacs. However

the location for open Gym is recommended as Yoga ground, in Paltan Bazar where a closed well is located. · The open Gym equipment may be purchased as per GFR 2017, by C.E.O. within 05 lac.

7. SANCTION OF BUILDING APPLICATION OF HOUSE NO. 5

Reference application dated 13.11.2019 submitted by Shri Mohan Dass S/o Kalidass, House No. 5, Paltan Bazar, Ajmer Cantt. for re-erection of house No. 05 under section 235 of Cantonments Act, 2006.

Relevant file along with documents are placed on the table to decide further action in the matter.

RESOLUTION 7 : The Member-Secretary pointed out certain discrepancies, which need to be rectified by app licant and upon re-submission the C.E.O. will sanction building plans as per existing bye-laws. Initially the building application be returned to the applicant for corrections.

8. SANCTION OF BUILDING APPLICATION OF HOUSE NO. 42

Reference application dated 13 .11.2019 submitted by Shri Vijay Kumar Vijay S/o Late Shri Ramdass, House No. 42, Paltan Bazar, Ajmer Cantt. for re-erection of house No. 42 under section 235 of Cantonments Act, 2006.

Relevant file along with documents are placed on the table to decide further action in the matter.

RESOLUTION 8 : The Member-Secretary pointed out discrepancies, which need to be rectified by the applicant. The building application be returned to the applicant for correction/rectification. The Junior Engineer (Civil) pointed out that the construction has already been carried out by applicant, therefore the app licant will apply for compounding. The C.E.O. is authorised to sanction, when done with, as per procedure. On the assurance of Vice President, Cantonment Board that only G+ 1 storey will be there, 2nd floor will be demolished by Shri Vijay Kumar, House No. 42, Paltan Bazar, Ajmer with this assurance C.E.O. to take action.

SUPPLEMENTARY AGENDA

9 MULTILEVEL CAR PARKING SCHEMES IN CANTONMENTS :

To consider and note the Principal Director, DE, SC, Pune letter No. 8073/Expert Committee/C/DE/2018(FMS:49352-C) dated 13th Nov. , 2019 for take necessary action for provision of Multilevel car parking scheme after examine the necessity and identifying the model as suitable to location and prepare comprehensive proposals as per requirement.

RESOLUTION 9 : Considered and resolved that there is no requirement of multilevel car parking in Ajmer Cantonment.
