Theological Education Objective The purpose of the Canadian Chinese
School of Theology Doctor of Ministry degree is to enhance the practice of
ministry for persons who have engaged in ministerial leadership in a Chinese
Church context.
Our mission is to educate and equip leaders who are called by God to serve
our Lord Jesus Christ effectively at home and around the world to fulfill
His Great Commission.
The Canadian Chinese School of Theology (CCST), fully owned and
funded by the Association of Canadian Chinese Theological Education
(ACCTE), is an independent, not-for-profit, trans-denominational seminary
that it does not receive any direct denominational support or Canadian
government funding.

DMin Program Time Table
Program Outline Being enrolled in the CCST DMin program, each student is expected to complete in three years while engaging in professional ministry. Maximum completion time for the DMin program is six years. Students move through the program in a cohort allowing significant networking and support within the group. The DMin program includes a two-week residency each May/July, a two-week residency each January/March, ongoing on-line collaboration and resourcing, and a project-thesis. At the end of the third year, the DMin candidate needs to undertake an oral final examination of his/her project-thesis.
