Good to know when making your reservation

ConditionsThe Netherlands• Children up to the age of 3 stay with us for free.

• The accommodation rates (bungalow, apartment, chalet,

mobile home, safari tent) are including clean up, electricity and

car parking.

• Clean bed linen is provided in your accommodation once a

week. Dishcloths and towels are available for hire or provided

for by yourself.

• Baby baths, beds, seats or pens are available free of charge on

request, with the exception of Villa Park Sneekermeer. Provide

your own bed linen for the baby beds.

• Camping rates are for 2 persons and are including electricity

and car parking. You may place two occasional tents with your

camping accommodation.

• Maximum of 6 Persons per pitch, including children up to 3

years of age.

• The rates are excluding tourist taxes. These may vary per city

and may be altered by the city in question over the course of

the year.

• The rates are excluding € 14,50 administration fee (camping

stays under 1 week € 7,50).

• Rate for pets per accommodation is € 8,- per night (max. 2 pets

per accommodation).

• Rate for pet per pitch is € 5,- per night (max. 2 pets per pitch).

• At RCN Holiday park de Schotsman, you can only bring your

pet on request when camping. Pets are not allowed in the

accommodations on this park.

• Parking fee extra car (in the car park when possible). Per day

€ 12,-, per week € 60,-.

• Visitor rates per day: € 2,50.

• Rate shelter pitch: 55% of the night, weekend or week rate per

pitch (max. 2 shelter tents per pitch). Shelter: one 2-person tent

with a surface of max. 5m2.

• The government surcharge we billed in the past is discontinued

in 2015, making it even cheaper to stay at our parks in The

Netherlands or campings in France!

• Discounts are calculated over the applicable night- en week

rates and not over the tourist taxes, administration costs and

other options.

France• Children up to the age of 3 stay with us for free.

Rates per parkRCN Holiday parks has lowered many rates in 2015, and there will be less additional costs. This will make it easier for you to calculate the costs of

your stay. In addition, you can profit from considerable discounts throughout the whole year.

Double discounts will not be given. Any printing errors or changes are

explicity reserved.

RCN Holiday parks in collaboration with Interpolis

Verzekeringen offers an attractive travel- and cancellation

insurance. The travel insurance guarantees that you are

insured against unforeseen expenses in case of accidents,

medical costs, theft and damage to luggage for just

€ 1,60 per person per day. De premium for the cancellation

insurance is just 5,5 % of the travel sum

(excluding insurance tax).

Order RCN- camping vouchers before 1 January 2015 and pay only € 6,50 per person per

night. The vouchers are valid at all RCN Holiday parks in The Netherlands and France.

If you order in the period from 1 January until 1 March 2015, you pay only € 6,75 per

person per night. After this date the RCN Camping voucher costs € 7,50 per person per

night. On arrival at the park you only pay tourist taxes.

Benefits• Children up to the age of 3 stay for free.

• The vouchers are valid for a duration of 2 years.

• You are entitled to a standard camping pitch, upgrades are available at request in the park.

• You determine the number of nights in your stay (based on availability).

• Pre-booking is possible.

• Bring your pet for less with the RCN- pet camping voucher (€ 3,25).

• Only valid for 1 pet in combination with the camping voucher.

Gift offerIf you order a minimum of 24 vouchers, you get 4 for free. Order 48 vouchers,

and get 8 for free!

Are you a passionate camper who likes to camp at the most beautiful locations for good

value? The RCN- camping pass offers ultimate camping benefits. For over 160 days of

camping in The Netherlands you pay € 495,-. This amounts to less than € 3,10 per pitch

per night! For camping in both The Netherlands and France, you can buy a pass worth

€ 650,-, amounting to € 4,06 per pitch per night. That is what RCN Holiday parks likes to

call camping cheap! On arrival at the camping you only pay tourist taxes.

Benefits• You can camp with your whole family (maximum of 6 persons).

• Book your stay in The Netherlands up to two weeks in advance and stay as long as you

like within the valid period of the pass.

• You can also book your stay in France up to two weeks in advance, but you can only

stay at the same camping uninterrupted for a period of 4 weeks.

• You are entitled to a standard camping pitch, upgrades are available at request in the park.

• Bring your pet for less with the RCN- pet pass (€ 80,- for The Netherlands and € 90,-

for the Netherlands and France).

Restaurant voucher of € 25,- With your RCN-camping pass you receive a free stamp card. With every purchase of € 12,50

in the restaurant you will receive a stamp. A full stamp card will get you a restaurant voucher

of € 25,-.

What are the costs?You will receive an invoice for € 15,-. As soon as your payment

is received, RCN will send you the Discount pass and an RCN

restaurant voucher worth € 15,-.

The 50+ Discount pass is not valid with (partial) season pitches, RCN- group travels, camping vouchers and the camping pass.
