ABOUT US: Cameo Graphics is the legendary print and graphics division of CameoPublishing Group, a company which also produces Campus Activities® Magazine, theworld’s #1 publication for buyers of entertainment on college campuses, and AmericanEntertainment Magazine, the exclusive entertainment publication for entertainment buyersfor corporate events, associations, casinos, venues, fairs and festivals. GRAPHIC SERVICES: If you don’t have an advertising agency or design staff to handleyour specific needs, consider having the Cameo staff create your next project for you. Youwill have specific advantages in that we have experienced graphic designers and twocomplete modern Apple design labs with the latest Macintosh computer equipment. Wenever charge for brainstorming your project but only for the actual computer time involvedin creating your image and any purchased images and fonts that might be necessary. Onmost projects, we can give you a ballpark estimate in advance. Plus, every project isarchived so if you decide you want to make changes and run the project again at a laterdate, we have your files.

OUR EQUIPMENT: We have volume contracts with plants all over the country whichallows us to expedite your job quickly without sacrificing quality. All our pre-pressoperations run Apple’s latest technology and the presses are all Heidelbergs, known fortheir legendary color printing excellence.

PRICING: The prices in this catalog are some of the most competitive in the country. Weonly run our work on quality papers to give you the absolute best color reproduction. Weare proud of the work we deliver and we want you to be proud to present your promo toyour clients as well. After all, your printing does represent your image.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This is a volatile market and oil prices effect everyaspect of it. We will confirm your price at the time of your order and will guarantee that priceonce the product is in production. Please note too that all prices are F.O.B. our plant. Shippingis additional and we can ship by insured freight. When appropriate, we ship UPS or FEDEXground. Larger orders will be shipped via motor freight. Express shipping is also available.

PROOFS: A digital email proof is provided for each job for your approval. We must haveyour return consent before proceeding with your project. For graphic customers, you areallowed two (2) email proofs at various stages of your project at no charge. Additionalproofs are $35 each.

Matchprint proofs are also available. Those require FEDEX charges to the client and requestthat the client express those proofs back to the press room. Minimum charge for Matchprintproofs is $200 per proof and the price will vary based on the size of the proof required.

TURNAROUND: Normal turnaround for most projects is 5-7 working days from finalapproval to shipment. Some involved projects may take longer depending on the processrequired. Shorter turnarounds (2-3 days) are also available on most stock projects for anadditional cost.

WANT TO GO GREEN? Many of our products can be printed on recy-cled papers using water soluble inks that are environmentally friendly.Costs vary based on the size sheet necessary to print your job and theink coverage required. We are always happy to quote this process as analternative. Please note that while recycled stocks have improved overthe last ten years, ink saturation and the brilliance of the final printedproduct can vary.

Prices quoted are for normal turn-arounds (generally 5-7 business days from the time your proofis approved). Price also assumes that your files are printable as received and supplied as jpegs,pdfs or Macintosh ready files collected with all fonts and photos. We accept files in QuarkXpress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. All other files must beconverted to pdfs or jpegs.

Corrections to your files are an added cost and are based on time and materials to complete. Ifyour files are to bleed, be sure that a minimum of .125” bleed is included on all sides. Incompletefiles and corrections to your files will delay your order. We provide a digital proof emailed to youas an Adobe pdf for your approval. Your job can not be scheduled for press until we receive yourapproval.

It is a small price to pay for peace of mind. Next day, Two-day, and Three-day GroundTrack shipping are other options if you want your order more quickly. PAYMENT: All orders must be pre-paid before they can be processed. We accept MasterCard, Visa,American Express and Discover. For many standard orders, we can include your shipping cost with yourpayment. For custom orders where the weight must be calculated after the job is printed, we will notify youof the shipping costs when the order is ready to be shipped. Once the shipping costs have been paid, thejob will go into transit.

PRICES: We try to maintain current and accurate pricing in our brochures and on our website but all pricesare subject to change. Fuel and oil costs effect many portions of the printing operation. We will alwaysverify your price for you before we accept your order to avoid any discrepancies later. Once the order isplaced, the price is confirmed and fixed. Please note that any changes you make on the proof will becharged as customer alterations and those costs will be based in time and material to make your changesand any re-proofing costs. All prices are F.O.B. our plant of origination.

PAYMENT: Payment is required when the order actually goes to pre-press. In somecases, when shipping can not be determined in advance, there may be a separateinvoice for shipping which will be due when the job is ready to ship. We accept VISA,MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You may also elect to send a check orbank draft prior to the job going into final production.

WAREHOUSING PLAN: For many performing arts agencies with tours to theaters,we can ship for you. We will maintain your product in our warehouse and ship for youas your show tours. With only a minimum warehouse investment, you can email or faxus your instructions for the show and the quantity and we will box or tube your flyersand posters and ship them to venues for you via UPS. We use certified UPScontainers and include insurance on all orders over $300. You get one itemized bill foreach show each month which will be charged to a credit card.

LOYALTY POINTS: We value your business and appreciate your trusting us with yourprinting needs. In a new program instituted in August 2008, Cameo will rewardcustomers for their loyalty in using our services. Each job you order with CameoGraphics and each advertisement you book with Campus Activities® Magazine orAmerican Entertainment Magazine earns loyalty points toward future purchases.

How to Earn Loyalty Points

CAMEO GRAPHICS: Each order you place from this brochure earns a full 5% of theproduct ordered in loyalty points.

Each order you place from a special sale promotion or specialty project will earn 3%of the product ordered in loyalty points.

Agencies who recommend our services to one of their artists or another company willearn 3% of the product ordered as loyalty points and the artist/company will earn 3%.Points are earned on the actual product only not including shipping, graphic/designservices, proofs or other net items. Points may not be used on the order from which theyare earned and no points are earned on any portion of an order where points are usedas payment.

AMERICAN ENTERTAINMENT MAGAZINECAMPUS ACTIVITIES® MAGAZINE

Any ad placed in either magazine will earn loyalty points toward future purchases.Points are earned based on the net cost of the ad exclusive of ad designs or any othernet costs.

Points are earned at the rate of 5% of the published rate or 3% of any negotiated orspecial offering rate. Points may not be used toward the purchased price of the ad inwhich they were earned or any existing contract. They may be used to toward extend-ing an existing contract or buying additional ads. Agencies may also use the points topurchase ads for their acts who may not be included in agency contracts.

In addition, accumulated advertising points can be used to purchase printing andgraphic design services from Cameo Graphics exclusive of shipping and any other netcharges associated with the production of the project.

WHEN DO POINTS EXPIRE? Cameo reserves the right to discontinue the programat any time but currently no expiration of points exist. If for some reason the programis ever discontinued, Cameo will notify all clients who have earned points giving theman opportunity to use any points they have accumulated.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE EARNED? Points statements willbe sent out monthly along with regular statements to our clients. If you havequestions, please feel free to call us at (803) 712-1429.
