• Analyze alternatives for the unanticipated event of the unavailability of the desalination plant
• CPCN reopened if Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conditions conflict with CPCN conditions– Draft EIS issued 04/2010: Consistent with CPCN Case
9217; did not address changes stemming from Case 9218. PPRP submitted comments to NRC 07/2010 (no major issues).

~12 acres wetlands, 30 acres of wetland buffersand 8,000 linear feet of stream beds impacts willbe mitigated by in-kind creation, restoration orenhancement elsewhere on the property.
