Funds raised from each registration will benefit Calvary Kids’ non-profit summer activities.

GENERAL INFORMATION, RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. All crafts must be handmade. No mass manufactured goods or catalog orders (i.e. Beanie Babies, imported items, etc.). Calvary Chapel reserves the right to refuse any art or craft. No activities or products that conflict with the

mission of the church.

2. Exhibitor selection is assigned on first come basis; therefore, return your application ASAP. All applications must be

returned with photo of the craft(s). Include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for photos you need returned. We reserve the right to limit crafters based on product selection and creativity.

3. Vendor check-in and setup begins at 6 AM. The show begins at 9 AM. Please unload and move your vehicle from the

show area quickly. Vehicles must be out of booth area by 8:30 AM. You will be directed to your booth on Saturday

morning when you arrive. If you have not checked in by 8 AM your space may be given to those on the waiting list.

4. A limit of 2 vehicles per booth (2 cars, trucks, vans or 1 car/truck/van plus 1 trailer). Vendor parking will be on the north end of the parking lot. Parking spaces closest to booth area are reserved for customers.

5. Spaces are approximately 10x10 feet. Double booths are available (second booth must be for the same vendor). No

canopies greater than 10x10 feet will be permitted. Exhibitors must provide their own display racks, tables, chairs,

canopies, etc. Stakes MAY NOT be used to secure canopies. Weights are highly recommended.

6. Limited electricity is available at 110V only for an additional fee. Exhibitors are responsible for providing power cords (at least 50 feet). Generators are permitted ONLY if they are quiet enough not to disturb other vendors (no more

than 70 decibels at 20 feet).

7. Exhibitors assume full responsibility for their exhibit and for collecting and reporting their own sales tax. You will be required to bring the necessary funds to make change for your customers.

8. A $25.00 bank fee will be charged on all returned checks. Registrations submitted after November 1 must be paid in cash or by money order.

9. Please keep in mind, alcoholic beverages and smoking are NOT permitted on church property.

10. No live animals allowed for sale or as incentive to purchase.

11. Packing up before the end of the show may prevent you from being accepted as a vendor in future years.

12. This is an outdoor event. There is no rain date. The show goes on rain or shine. NO REFUNDS.
