CALL FOR PROPOSALS Plan International, Inc., an international, humanitarian, non-government, child-centered development organization, invites in-country Researcher-Consultants to submit a technical and cost proposal for a research project titled Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children in the Context of Tourism in Metro Manila. Selection Criteria: 1. Academic, institutional or freelance researchers who have conducted relevant researches on child exploitation, especially of girls and young women 2. Technical competence in field data gathering on gender-based research 3. Good command of English and Tagalog 4. With a ready pool of enumerators for the conduct of a field-based research Eligibility Requirement: 1. Presence of a full-time researcher who will manage the research project 2. Presence of full-time enumerators 3. Detailed researcher will not be involved in any other research project, or is not involved in an ongoing similar research in any capacity, to provide full-time focus on this research project until accomplished. 4. Have conducted or been involved in three to five related researches Please submit a sealed technical and cost proposal (including e-copy on disc) on or before 22 July 2015 to: Ms Maristela Beltran 4 th Floor Bloomingdale Bldg. 205 Salcedo St., Legaspi Village Makati City Bid amount should include all applicable taxes. Must be willing to post 10% of bid amount as performance bond or have 10% of contract price withheld by Plan as performance bond. Please email [email protected] to request for the Terms of Reference. Plan reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, declare the selection a failure, waive any or all formalities, or award the contract to any proponent whose proposal is considered most advantageous to Plan International, Inc.
