INTRODUCTION
Welcome to our 2020 - 2021 edition of Product Catalog. We would like
to thank you for your continue support and encouragement. Throughout this challenging time, we have grown and transform our business to be more efficient and effective. This will enable us to offer better service and more competitive pricing to our customers.
Our new edition of catalog comes with a easy reference features where we categorized the products into different usage categories, i.e. Advanced Material, Renewable Energy, Bio-Process, Gauge Calibration, Membrane Technology, 3D scanner and others. The FH 52 is a handheld measuring instrument for measuring the magnetic field strength H and the magnetic flux density or induction B. It is used together with exchangeable transverse or axial Hall probes.Apart from the possibility of measuring static (DC) or alternating (AC) fields, the FH 52 offers many functions, e.g. selectable units, manual or automatic range selection, maximum and minimum value storage and adjustable limit values. The relative function allows the difference to a set value to be displayed.
The FH 54 is a handheld measuring instrument for measuring the magnetic field strength H in Ampere per Meter (A/m) and the magnetic flux density or induction B in Tesla (T) or Gauss (G).Particular features of the FH 54 are high accuracy, easy handling and a multitude of functions.Apart from the possibility of measuring static (DC) or alternating (AC) fields, the FH 54 offers many functions, e.g. manual or automatic range selection, maximum and minimum value storage and adjustable limit values. The relative functioncan be used to show the difference to a set value or to measure small changes in a large magnetic field.
The magnetic field strength meter FH 55 is a compact precision instrument that measures the magnetic flux density (induction) B and the magnetic field strength H in Gauss, Tesla or Ampere/Meter. The instrument is supplied with a zero field chamber and an operation manual in English language.
Many different Hall probes are available, for example probes with especially small active areas for measurements of the size of a dot, or probes with a high degree of sensitivity or with a built-in sensor for correction of temperature dependency. The latter also allows display of the temperature. You can findfurther information in the probe data sheet.

The PERMAGRAPH® C is an automatic computer controlled precision version of this measuring instrument. Equipped with two Electronic Fluxmeters EF 5 and the high performance software package PERMA, it facilitates quick and reliable measurements.

What is a Blackbody Calibration Source?
A blackbody calibration source is a tool for checking the calibration of an infrared temperature sensor. It consists of a heated (or cooled) target object whose temperature is precisely known, and is the basis for accurate calibration of infrared pyrometers.
A blackbody is an ideal radiator i.e. it emits thermal (visible and infrared) energy whose intensity at a given wavelength and temperature follows Planck’s Law of radiation. It completely absorbs and emits all radiation (it is extremely non-reflective) and has an emissivity value of 1.
Because there no material exists that could make a true perfect blackbody, in practice a blackbody calibration source always has a slightly lower emissivity than 1, however by careful design it is possible to get very close.
The emissivity setting of the sensor should be adjusted to match the emissivity of the blackbody, and the sensor should be mounted close enough that the measured spot diameter is no larger than half the aperture diameter.

Flocal Series:
• This Process Flow Meter Calibration System (Automatic / Semi-automatic / Manual) is designed for Calibrating the “Accuracy of Measurements” of varieties of Flow Meters (Coriolis Mass, Electromagnetic, Ultrasonic, Venturi, Orifice Plate, Turbine Flow Meters etc.) typically in sizes from DN 15 to DN 300 through Gravimetric / Volumetric Method. (Calibration through Comparison Methods also are achievable) .
• The System’s Pump House accommodates an array of pumps from Very Low (1 m3/hr) to Very High (600 m3/hr x 2 Nos.) Flow Volume, with Frequency Converters (VFD’s) which control the complete water circulation between the Storage Reservoir & Collection Tanks. or lithium
• System’s Test Bed has Multiple (Three/Four) Test Lines to accommodate/mount ‘Units Under Test’ (UUT). Each Test Line is fitted with a Calibrated & Certified ‘Electromagnetic’ Flow Meter which serves as Flow Setting Device (Masters). One or more of Flow Meters (UUT’s) (Depending on the Sizes & Types of Flow Meters) can be Mounted & 3 or 4 Stainless Steel Tanks of Nominal Volumes from 150 Litres up to 12000 Litres are Mounted on Matching Weighing Scales/Load Cells. Pressure Measurement devices are installed at both Upstream/Downstream of the test line to measure the Inlet/Outlet Pressure of Water. Temperature Sensors with Transmitters are fitted in Each Collection/Weighing Tanks to measure the Temperature of Water collected.
• The speciality of the system is its Open Type Flow Diverter System that enables Diversion of Flow into Collection Tanks or to Water Reservoir per Flying Start/Stop Operation, without disturbing the Flow Rate. Precise Flow Control is achieved through employing VFD’s (Connected to Pumps/PLCs) & Electrically Operated Flow Control Valves. Very huge Underground Water Reservoir, with a capacity of 30,000/50,000 serves as uninterrupted Water source for performing flow Calibration through recycling.
• System’s Control Panel is designed in such a way to perform multiple tasks & to mount the Weighing Indicators & Multiple Control Switches/Knobs etc. Control Console is also equipped with a Mounted PC with preloaded Software - to handle/operate the process and Display the parameters like Flow Rate/Total Volume, Temperature & Pressure readings. Control Console is equipped with precise PLC system to take care of the Automation Process of the System & is loaded with In-house designed “Flocal” Software which generates Calibration Report.
