Planning your wedding is a joyful process, filled with
anticipation and exciting moments. At the
Cabarfeidh Hotel, we’ll help you achieve your dreams
for your special day.
Explore initial ideas for your wedding In a relaxed, no
obligation meeting with a Personal Wedding Planner.

celebration, your Wedding Planner will take
responsibility for the occasion, right up to the
moment the last guest leaves the hotel.
You'll be able to tour the hotel, view bedrooms and
banqueting suites, so that you can choose the best
for your day.
Your Wedding Planner will discuss menus, wine and
drinks packages with you, drawing up a shortlist of
your choices, followed by a tasting at a later date, so
that you can be certain your final selections are
exactly right for you and your guests.
You can also discuss any additional topics, such as
special decorations, musicians, disco and
accommodation for your guests at preferential rates.
Additionally, we can provide you with information to
help you select photographers, wedding cars and
other services.
WE HELP MAKE PLANNING A PLEASURE

Whether you choose the Amethyst, Sapphire or
Ruby menu package, we’re certain that your guests

Head Chef and contains both old favourites and
imaginative choices to satisfy every taste. You’ll find
more detailed information and prices on the loose-

welcome ‘line-up’ drinks, wine for the Wedding
Banquet and bubbly for the toasts. Like the menus,
they include a number of choices and are designed
to suit every pocket.
Although the Cabarfeidh Hotel has an established

With the celebrant’s agreement, we can offer civil orreligious ceremonies in the hotel and gardens. If youhave booked a wedding on a beach or other beautyspot and provided you have arranged your receptionwith us, we can offer a hotel ceremony as a poorweather back-up location,
Traditionally, following a church wedding, guestsrelax at the hotel while photographs are taken in thegardens, in the Lews Castle Grounds opposite thehotel, or at a nearby beach. In case of poor weather,we have provision for photography indoors.
On your arrival, you may wish to relax in yourcomplimentary room, before joining your closefamilies in welcoming guests to the reception suite -adding a little friendly formality to the proceedings.

We recommend that speeches and toasts are madebefore the meal, so that speakers can relax andenjoy their dinner.
Many couples take the opportunity to invite thosewho missed the earlier celebration to join the danceparty - you may wish to arrange an additional buffetto be served during this evening reception.
It’s an excellent way to extend your hospitality atreasonable cost and your Wedding Planner can helpyou make a selection from the choices available.
