The Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Authority, established by an Act ofParliament (PPV&FR Act 200), Government of India, invites applications for filling up of one post of'Computer Assistant' (Group 'B' Pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay Rs.4200 and otheradmissible allowances), reserved for Orthopedically Handicapped (OH) having not less than 40%disability on Direct Recruitment Basis.

The candidate should essentially possess a degree from a recognized University in ComputerApplications and at least one year working experience in Data Base Management in an Organization ofrepute. The age limit on the last date of receipt of application should not exceed 30 years(relax able by If)years in terms of DOP&T's OM No.15012/6/77-Estt(D) dated 18.01.78 & 18.7.78 for physicallyhandicapped) Over and above age relaxation of 5 years fo SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates will headmissible.1 .he following testimonials should be attached with the application form:Two Copies of recent passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer (on thefront side of the photograph) with one photograph pasted on the application form.Attested copies of certificates and testimonials in proof of age/date of Irth/cdticationalqualifications (from Sr. Secondary onward)/experience, etc.

Attested copies of Community/Status Certificate in the prescribed form in case of candidatesbelonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-Serviceman category. Candidates claiming reservation/agerelaxation on grounds of belonging to OBC should submit the Community Certificate inAnnexure 'A' prescribed vide Govt. of India, Department of Personnel and Training OM No.36012/22/93- Estt. (SCT) dated 15-11-93, failing which the benefit of reservation or agerelaxation shall not be admissible.Two selfddressed envelops of 23 ems. X 10 cms. with postage stamp worth Rs. 25/-affixed on each of these envelops.

Those candidates who are employed in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies, etc. should send theirapplications through "Proper-Channel". However, they may send advance copy of their application alongwith the copies of their certificates and testimonials so as to reach within due date.
