  • Cobalt 23 will be an energy efficient, environmentally sustainable office building without compromising on the quality and efficiency of the office space.

    A range of sustainable practices, techniques and technologies have been employed which will reduce the impact of the

    building upon the environment. Features such as solar power and rainwater recycling and even the envelope of the building itself have been designed to reduce the amount of energy consumed by the building. This will ensure that Cobalt 23 is kinder to the environment, whilst still meeting the demands of corporate occupiers.

    Ensuring staff at Cobalt have an easy, stress free journey to work is an aspect in which Cobalt have invested significantly. That’s why it has its own dedicated team of on-site Travel Co-ordinators who work closely with the local transport providers, local authorities and occupiers to deliver a wide range of high quality sustainable transport alternatives.
