This project is based on Hotel management system . This software can be used by the hotels for the management purpose. This software include room accommodation, facilities, area information, address and contact information. When the customer checks in, he will get all the information about the hotel such as facilities, accommodation, special services, additional amenities, attraction and key features, each and every specification about the location and views from the hotel are clearly visible from the software.

The project has been a rewarding experiences in more ways that one.  This represents a typical real-world situation. In order to generate the final reports, all the functions have to be meticulously followed. This has been strengthened the understanding of project. After the feasibility step, it is observed that this project is feasible and justified. As everything in the world have pros and cons. This applied on my project also.

CONCLUSION

The proposed system is Hotel Management System. We can enhance this system by including more facilities like online booking, advance booking, regular customer record, member facility etc. Providing such features enable the users to include more comments into the system.
