There is no membership plans for the customers.

They only have a dine in membership, i.e. If we dine in the restaurant and when we pay the bills then there is a fixed amount above which we would be given a form to fill once the form is submitted the customer gets the card within 12 days.

Spa & Leisure Membership Plans

For individual that costs RS 80000. in which they provide customer with :

12 Manicures

12 Pedicures

12 Spa’s and

6 Massage therapies around the year.

For couples that costs Rs1,10,000 the details are same as above. The only difference is that both the members here get the same facilities.

The membership can be bought by paying at the hotel or over the phone. This can be renewed after or before it expires.

Conclusion

The brand value that The Jaypee Vasant has created for itself is a result of its consistent delivery of exceptional services to its customers.

Traditionally, at The Jaypee Vasant, CRM and relationship management has been considered to be a single function, but to maintain its market share and fight the competitive situation, the marketing department at The Jaypee Vasant is now focusing on building co-operative and collaborative relationships with the customers with the result that they have a loyal patronage from their guests, and are, thus, able to charge a premium for the value given to the customers.

Recommendation

The only suggestion that hotel should provide the membership facility to all guests without invitation.
