COMBAT LEADERSHIP TEAM

RATED OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform each assigned or implied duty Discuss duty description and performance

objectives with rater within 30 days Revise and update objectives and duty

description Accurately describe duties, objectives and

significant contributions on DA Form 67-9-1 and 67-9-1a at the end of the rating

period

RATER RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide his/her and the senior rater’s support forms to the rated officer

Discuss scope of rated officer’s duties within 30 days

COMBAT LEADERSHIP TEAM

RATER RESPONSIBILITIES

Counsel rated officer throughout the rating period utilizing the DA Form 67-9-1

Review DA Form 67-9-1 at end of rating period

Verify and enter the rated officer’s APFT and height and weight data on DA Form 67-9

Assess and evaluate performance of officer on DA Form 67-9

COMBAT LEADERSHIP TEAM

RATER RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure Junior Officer Development Support Form is initiated

Counsel rated officer throughout the rating period utilizing the DA Form 67-9-1a

Review DA Form 67-9-1a at end of rating period

INTERMEDIATE RATER RESPONSIBILITIES

Minimum of 60 days Assess performance of the rated officer

through DA Form 67-9 If appropriate, provide information on DA

Form 67-9-1 to assist senior rater

SENIOR RATER RESPONSIBILITIES

60 day minimum Ensures support form is provided Become familiar with rated officer’s

performance Assess rated officer, considering DA Form

67-9-1 and potential relative to his/her contemporaries

Has rated officer sign the DA Form 67-9
