What is recycling?

Why should we recycle? Keeps our city clean.

Keeps the garbage pile down.

Insulation for homes &White and yellow paint for the streets

Returned to the beer companies and used again

Pop cans

Pop bottles

Water bottles

Juice bottles

Juice boxes

Milk containers

Glass bottles

Take the caps off the bottlesPut the caps in the garbage

What is good recycling?

Leave the tabs on the pop cans

Empty the bottles, cans and juice boxes

Rinse out the containers

Leave the labels on the bottles

What is bad recycling?Don’t crush the bottles or cans

Don’t put any food or food containers

Don’t put your gum, coffee cups or straws

Don’t spit

Recycling at home!
