Making Appointments

Germans don't usually feel comfortable discussing especially serious things “on the go” PLAN!

Make appointments well in advance. (not through telephone)

If you are late for any reason, you must call and notify.

Preferred business times are between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. or between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Avoid scheduling on Friday afternoons, most businesses are closed then.

Casually changing appointed times are not appreciated.
