We decided that some children’s packed

lunches aren’t always healthy and that’s why we would like to have the council help us in educating year 5 and 6s in making their own packed lunches because parent are sometimes busy and do not have enough time.

Healthy Lunches

Our idea is that the Council fund, make and

produce a DVD using a famous sport person to present it. This is to help children take more notice. Also he/she could be videoed making their own healthy packed lunch.

Big ideas

We also suggest that a bright leaflet, that that age group would understand and that accompanies the DVD and gives a little more information be made.

Extra Information

Different varieties of food (hot and cold) would interest

young people into changing their daily meals. Soup Pasta/Rice Salad/fruit salad Beans and bread Cold meat Fruit Yoghurt Different breads
