The Desert Botanical Garden invites you to a colorful celebration for the opening of the Spring Butterfly Exhibit. Enjoy a delightful catered breakfast prepared by Atlasta Catering & Event Concepts, followed by children’s entertainment and butterfly-related activities. All guests will receive admission into the Maxine & Jonathan Marshall Butterfly Pavilion. Children will receive their own pair of butterfly wings to wear and take home.
Breakfast will be served buffet style 9 – 10 a.m., followed by entertainment and activities 10 – 11 a.m. Guests can redeem admission into the Maxine & Jonathan Marshall Butterfly Pavilion after breakfast service is complete at 10 a.m.
Open seating. Guests will be seated together at tables of ten. Tickets are limited. Advance ticket purchase required. No refunds or exchanges on ticket(s) purchased. Programming subject to change.

Celebrate the sights and scents of spring at the Desert Botanical Garden’s new Spring Butterfly Luncheon, an event that infuses youthful spirit with sophistication. Enjoy a delightful catered buffet lunch prepared by Atlasta Catering & Event Concepts, the cheerful sounds of acoustic quartet Hot Club of Phoenix, an interactive “Eco-Edutainment” presentation titled Butterfly Botanique, and admission into the Maxine & Jonathan Marshall Butterfly Pavilion.
butterfly botaniqueButterflies gently remind us to slow down and find the joy in nature. Join eco-ista Terri Nacke of La Bella Terre, Botany for the Body, for a playful afternoon of legend and lore. Guests will create and take a custom-scented aromatherapy mist, a mineral dusting powder for bed & body and a watercolor botanical-inspired postal card.
Buffet lunch will be served 12:30 – 1:30 p.m., immediately followed by Butterfly Botanique. Guests can redeem admission into the Maxine & Jonathan Marshall Butterfly Pavilion 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or 2:30 – 5 p.m.
