One day Mr. Zakir was died in heart attack.
Provided that, Mr. zakir announced Toukeer( his
son, minor, 17 years) in his legal representative.

3)How can the partners recover the losses, the case of Mr.
Prokash?
Solution: the partners recover the losses by the ratio oftheir investments. like:
Mr. prokash-900,000, Mr. Karim-600,000 and
Mr. Jamal-300,000. But Mr prokash was insolvent, so the portion of the losses
are 900,000+900,000=18,00,000 by Mr Karim and Mr.
Jamal.
