factories in Singapore and operates

Aik Moh offers toll blending services that

System Overview

In-house developed software control system, OASIS, hosted in cloud computing to manage our OEM Blending Services.

Safe and secured. Accessible only by authorised personnel.

Handle and store customers’ confidential documents from products technical specification, MSDS, formulation sheets to blending batch reports and COA.

Periodic maintenance of formulation control sheet and product spec to ensure correct versioning.

Tracking of customers’ blending orders to generating batch blending reports.

Extraction of product formulations and QC specifications for production and QC testing.

Batch reports and COA are uploaded into OASIS for safekeeping and future tracking.

Statistical Process Control (SPC) in place to ensure productivity and quality
