Artwork (Digital) – Artwork must be created on our FREE design templates. Use accepted programs and follow Art Guidelines to ensure proper file output. Request templates and tip sheets BEFORE beginning your artwork design. We are not liable for errors in customer submitted files. We recommend you send a composite .PDF of expected file output for our reference. Additional time and charges may be required to alter or fix incorrect files.

Changes / Cancellations – Changes to orders in progress may or may not require additional cost and/or time.

Color Matching – Your job will be run on a press sheet with other jobs and be run to standard color densities.Every effort is made to ensure a reasonable representation, however, we do not guarantee an exact color match. If you require an exact color match or your job needs to match to other pieces, please let us know prior to placing your order.

Low Quantities – First class results on quantities as low as 500.

Printing – All standard products are printed in four-color process only. Process graphics must be in CMYK and not RGB. All PMS colors in files will be converted to CMYK process equivalents. Color shifts may occur when PMS colors in files or RGB files are converted to CMYK.

Proofs – Proofs are available for an additional charge.

Quick Turnaround – Most orders ship in 7 working days or less from receipt of acceptable electronic artwork files.

Rights to Promote – Unless instructed in writing at the time you place your order, any products manufactured can be used in promotional literature requests, sample programs or other advertising.
