Sins Stranglehold on the Saints

If someone were to ask you about your favoriteverse or passage in the Bible what passage wouldyou take them to?This is the question that I wasasked as I began to prepare for this weekssermon.Although you would think this is an easyquestion to answer for a pastor I had to spendsome time thinking about it. The Bible isoverflowing with truth after truth that if a Christianwould simply believe and put into practice theirlives would be forever changed.

This still left me with the di#cult decision ofchoosing a passage that I personally have foundimpactful. I have settled on that passage beingColossians 3:1-11. This passage has some of thedeepest truths about God intertwined withpractical application for us as believers.My prayeris that you would be impacted by this passage insuch a way that your life would look radicallydi$erent today and the rest of your life.
