20 YEARS HAVE PASSEDThe International Trade Fair of Machine Tools, Tools, Devices and Equipment for Material Processing EUROTOOL® is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Within these two decades we have built a solid brand, and the motto “You always do good business in Krakow” still holds true. The Exhibitors, who have been presenting their products in Krakow each autumn for years, continue to emphasise this. Since the fi rst edition, which took place in 1996, we have hosted over 4,500 exhibitors presenting their products on over 55,000 sq. m, while 86,000 professionals have been our guests. Our success lies not only in a committed team, but also in the efforts of patrons, partners, associates and, above all, the Exhibitors who have all contributed towards creating the Trade Fair. Prestigious awards for the bestEUROTOOL® Fair’s WAWEL GOLDEN DRAGON trophy has enjoyed many years of tradition and renown. This prestigious statuette is awarded for innovative products in four categories: machine tools, tools, measurement-control equipment and process equipment. Since the beginning of EUROTOOL®, 126 products have been recognised by the contest commission, chaired by Prof. Józef Gawlik of Tadeusz Kościuszko University of Technology in Krakow. The Trade Fair has been selected for the “Malopolska – here technology becomes business” programme, which is part of a strategic policy in the fi eld of innovative business. The Exhibition of Industrial Subcontracting has been a permanent feature at the EUROTOOL® Trade Fair for fi ve years. This is the largest meeting on the Polish market for service providers seeking partners interested in metal processing, polymer processing, wood processing, machine upgrades and other production services. 3D MASTER cp stand W-4During EUROTOOL® 3D MASTER will present the new SP1 version of its ZW3D CAD/CAM 2015 sys-tem. This is a fully parametric CAD/CAM system that allows object and surface design. The program has tools for designing injection moulds and a module for generating codes for CNC machines from 2 to 5 fl uid axes. The Eureka software for simulation of CNC machines and industrial robots will also be presented. In addition, it will be possible to get to know more about reverse engineering and rapid prototyping, or to see 3D scanners and a 3D printer printing models with FDM technology.
