for -- adds IP69K rated breathers, improved slinger design, enhanced leak protection, and ease of installation -- all at a
lower weight -- that will continue to outrun, outperform and outlast other transport blowers with each and every load.

Tuthill has 125 years of making a difference with the products we provide. The first well-known transport blowers manufactured by Tuthill were the Super 25 models produced in the late 1950s.
Tuthill then manufactured the well-known Stallion and Drum blower lines until launching the Tuthill branded transport blower line in 2005. For decades, Tuthill has continued to deliver dry bulk transport blower solutions with outstanding reliability and quality.

The largest transport blower oil sumps belong to Tuthill. Gain more efficiency with fewer oil changes and spend more

Experience the toughest transport blower on the market! A design with larger bearings than competitive brands delivers
a reliable machine with a longer life cycle. Tuthill’s bearing basic load rating is significantly higher with over eight
pounds of additional bearing mass than the closest competitor. These quality bearings can translate into hundreds of
dollars saved in maintenance costs over time.
Longest Bearing Life
Less HP is required to run Tuthill transport blowers, making them up to 15% more efficient than other competitive
blowers. Less HP means more savings on fuel costs.

MD PLUS full synthetic lubricant provides sig-nificantly better thermal and oxidation stability at higher temperatures. Compared to mineral oil, MD PLUS contains specific additives that reduce oxidation, protects against breakdown of the lubricant, and greatly prolongs the life of the oil.

MD ONE is a great all-purpose, full synthetic lubricant suited for most blower and booster applications, working well in
low or high ambient conditions. It is formulated using synthesized hydrocarbon fluid and select additives to enhance
oxidation resistance and provide maximum protection against wear, rust corrosion, and foaming.

Blowers can often operate at high temperatures. The lubricant can equal that of the discharge temperature. Oil life drops by half for every 18 degrees
above 220°F. This is why it is important to use MD lubricants that are formulated to extend oil life.
