Sustainable Design
C r e a t i n g I n s p i r a t i o n a l l e a r n i n g e n v i r o n m e n t s
Interite Education Interiors, at all times, look to
incorporate green and sustainable designs into
all learning environments. Where possible we
engage recycled or sustainable materials into
our projects and ensure we make great use of
natural light and low-VOC paints to promote a
greater sense of well-being.
We look to ensure that our activities and
services are designed to enhance the
environment in the communities in which we
operate. We safeguard our operations so that
we do not place users, local communities or
nature at risk.
Our design criteria cover:
· Sourcing building materials & finishes based on whole of life cost.
· Sourcing materials, so far as reasonably practicable, with recognised green accreditations
· Designs which encourage re-use and recycling
· Designs to reduce energy consumption, emission and waste
· Incorporate passive environmental design measures
· Ensure selection of robust materials to minimise wear and tear, safety risks and limit vandalism
· Improve indoor environmental quality by providing acoustic and thermal comfort for all users
· Provide functional work and learning spaces which facilitate natural work patterns
· Provide access to natural lighting and reduce reliance on artificial light
· Provide innovative and inspirational internal environments
· Design complaint egress and access pathways
· Future proofed designs to reduce needs for retrofitting
Interite Education Interiors manufacture the
S Series; a flexible, modern and demountable
screen and partitioning system, right here in
Canning Vale Western Australia.
The S Series is amazing, providing our clients
with almost instant flexibility with provisions for
expansion built in. The S Series makes future
proofing spaces a breeze and its able to be
finished in a range of fabrics, sound foam,
laminates and glass. By utilising the S Series into
your education facility there is no limit to what
can be achieved!
The concept of relocatable partitioning is an
environmental breakthrough for the fitout
industry. It means that over a 10 year period,
one initial fitout and any number of
reconfigures can add up to significant savings
both financially and environmentally.
To meet the increasing demand for
environmentally friendly products we have ultra
low emission EO board available on request.
This is suitable for use in all Green Star rated
buildings and will enhance the overall
performance ratings.
The S Series comes backed with a peace of mind
15 year supply guarantee, so when the time
comes for our clients to expand or relocate our
guarantee means they can do so with
confidence that the S Series will continue to
work for them year after year.
Endless workspace possibilities;
15 year supply guarantee;
Style and function inbuilt;
Longevity and durability;
Interchangeable range of accessories;
Ergonomically designed;

Darryl Thomas Powerpak Packaging "From the outset we were extremely impressed as your team took the time to listen and understand business and individual needs. Your team of Interior Architects and building consultants were extremely skilful in the way that they guided the project design in consultation with us to achieve the workplace environment we envisaged." Ken Fawkes Unions WA "Overall, we have been extremely impressed with the quality of the fitout and the professionalism of the company that I would have no trouble in recommending Interite as the complete office fitout partner." David Robinson Immersive Technologies "Thank you for your professional design and construction approach, our work environment, staff satisfaction and productivity, have all been greatly improved. I would not hesitate in recommending Interite Corporate Interiors to design, refit and transform a commercial office into a functional, well presented working environment, as they have transformed ours." Jim Anderson Slater & Gordon "Your communication and the ability to pick up issues prior to them becoming a problem, was excellent and the team keeping us informed meant that I knew what to expect next. We were especially grateful for the assistance you provide when we needed to alter our design in the final stages at times and you ability to accommodate and let us know the impact of each change whilst the project continued." Debra Potas AMEC Australia "On behalf of our project team, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for working with AMEC … The changed office environment will no doubt boost the morale of our staff. I have no doubt that other organisations would benefit from Interite's experience in project planning, design, construction and delivery. Well done!" Mark Ridgeway Perth North Metro Local Ltd “I found the work to be completed in a timely manner and am extremely happy with the job. The staff were professional, friendly and fully aware of our needs and budget. They worked within these parameters and we are happy with the final product.” Carol Watkins Bridgestone Earthmover Tyres Pty Ltd "We are very pleased with the functional design and immaculate presentation of our office furnishings.
