INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTWe suggest catching a flight leaving the US on Friday September 3 in the evening and arriv-ing in Budapest on Saturday September 4 in the morning. This way you have time to rest or ex-plore on your own before we meet Saturday eve-ning for our cocktail party. For the return, book a flight leaving Prague on Sunday September 12. Of course, you have the option to arrive early or extend your stay if desired.

AIRPORT--HOTEL TRANSFERSTransfer from and to the airport is included in the package price.

MEET AND MINGLEMicène will be in Budapest to welcome you on Saturday September 4 and will host our usual cocktail party Saturday evening, which also serves as an orientation session but most impor-tantly is an opportunity for the group to meet and mingle.

ENJOY... ONE BITE AT A TIMEMost of the meals have been arranged on a “Dutch-treat” basis. This does not mean you are left on your own (unless that is what you pre-fer). We have pre-arranged lunch reservations for those who want to go as a group. This way you get the best of both worlds, either venturing out on your own or meeting up with the group!

PRICES & PAYMENT SCHEDULEAll prices quoted in US dollars ($). Tour prices are per person based on double occupancy. A non-refundable de-posit of $1,000 per person is required to reserve a space in the program. Final payment due 90 days prior to the tour start date. Non-receipt of final payment by the due date is treated as a cancellation and handled as such (see “Reser-vations, Cancellations & Refunds” section).

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDSTo reserve a space in this program, please call 1.866.835.2801. Cancellations must be submitted in writ-ing to Design Arts Seminars, Inc. by mail, fax, or e-mail. Written cancellations received more than 90 days prior to the tour start date will result in loss of deposit. Written cancellations received less than 90 days prior to the tour start date will be honored as follows: • Between 61-90 days of scheduled tour departure: 75% refund of final payment. Loss of deposit. • Between 31-60 days of scheduled tour departure: 50% refund of final payment. Loss of deposit. • 30 days or less prior to scheduled tour departure: Loss of deposit and forfeiture of the full program price, con-tingent upon the degree of recoverable costs from inde-pendent providers of services. Additional penalties and service fees imposed by our suppliers may apply and, if imposed, will be deducted from the above refunds. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

GENERALPhysical activities of this program consist of walking, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods. Spous-es and traveling companions are welcome if they are inter-ested in architecture, art, and design. However, because space is very limited, the price is the same as for architects and interior designers who are taking the course for pro-fessional credits.

INSURANCE & RESPONSIBILITYDesign Arts Seminars, Inc. recommends trip cancellation insurance for coverage of losses in conjunction with can-cellations due to illness or accidents. A detailed statement of limitations and exclusions of liability of Design Arts Seminars, Inc. for loss of property, injury, illness, or death is provided to participants after reservations / deposits are received. This statement is available to prospective partici-pants upon request.
