Dear Customers,

Seasons Greetings from BSNL, Chennai Telephones! With a view to adding more colour and cheer to the

ensuing festivals, BSNL has come up with various Broadband Plans, both under limited and unlimited usage

category, to suit the needs of our customers. This newsletter is sent to appraise you of the revised features on

account of the rationalization in some of the Broadband Combo Plans and also throw more light on NETONE,

the CLI based Account less internet service , its tariff and simplified usage procedure.

To encourage customers talk more freely among our own network, we have rationalized three of the

existing Broadband Unlimited Combo Plans viz.,

1. BBG Combo ULD 850 as BBG Combo ULD 850 CS12

2. BB Home Combo ULD 900 as BB Home Combo ULD 900 CS13

3. BBG Combo ULD 1000 [as BBG Combo ULD 1000 CS14

While the exciting features such as Unlimited Downloads and thrilling speeds i.e., upto 4 Mbps or 2 Mbps,would remain unaltered, the entire free calls could now be enjoyed within BSNL network. (includes calls to all

landline/mobile/WLL numbers across the country). The rationalized packages are effective from 16th

October

2012, and those customers who have enrolled under the above plans on or before 15th

April 2012 would

automatically be migrated to the corresponding rationalized plans. For the customers who have enrolled between

16h

April 2012 and 15th

September 2012, the existing package will continue till the completion of 6 months period

from the date of enrolment and thereafter the rationalized package will be applicable. (e.g for a customer who has

availed the combo plan on May 1st, the tariff revision will be from 1

stNovember onwards as per their choice of

Combo Plan)

CLI based Accountless Internet (NETONE)

BSNL Chennai Telephones is happy to announce the new tariff and the simplified procedure for CLI based

dial-up internet access. The new tariff for Netone services which would be on a per- minute call charge basis shallbe inclusive of both Internet Usage and Internet access call charges. This tariff will be applicable only for 172222

(not for other dial up services). The details are as follows:-

0730 hrs to 2230 hrs ( Peak hours ) Re. 0.25 per minute

2230 hrs to 0730 hrs ( Off peak Hrs ) Re. 0.20 per minute

The above rates are applicable from 1st

July 2012. The CLI based NETONE service can be availed by all

our Landline customers having a Dial-up Modem and existing Broadband customers can also avail this service in

addition to their broadband service.

Procedure for availing NetOne service:-

1. The customers will dial the present access code 172222 for CLI access and use the user name

netone@netone.in and password as netone.

2. No separate username and password is required for each customer .

3. Netone customers account needs no provisioning anywhere and no separate billing is required.
