    What is Forgiveness??

    Forgiveness is letting go of grudges and

    bitterness. When someone you care hurts you, you

    can hold on to anger, resentment and thoughts of

    revenge- or embrace forgiveness and moveforward. Letting go of grudges and bitterness

    makes way for compassion, kindness and peace.

    Less stress and hostility

    past anger.
