Brukner Nature CarversThe Brukner Society of Nature Carvers is made up of men and women who share a love of carving and sculpting wood. They are of many different skill levels and are always happy to welcome new members.

MeetingsPresently the meetings of the Brukner Society of Nature Carvers are held on the second Tuesday of each month, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Brukner Nature Center, 5995 Horseshoe Bend Rd., Troy, Ohio. Meetings include a review of activities of the month, a discussion of the news in the world of carving, a “Show and Tell “ session and a formal program. During the “Show and Tell “ session, individuals have a chance to display and describe their latest projects. A break gives the members time to share ideas while enjoying coffee and cookies.For more information, call 937-698-6493.

ShowThis show has been going on without missing a beat since its inception in 1976. It has changed a bit in its format but has never ceased to bring forth great woodcarvings and wood art all the while benefi ting Brukner Nature Center. The carvers are very proud of the fact that over the years the Brukner Nature Carvers with the help of the community businesses and show visitors have contributed over $66,500.00 to the Center
