We are a group of companies from diff erent sectors with longstanding experience in the hotel sector.Over the years, the activities of each one of us have come together many times in complex or less complex projects. Managing refurbishment works at the luxury 5-star Crans Ambassador hotel, began with the implementation of the main staircase.Patented processes and materials, such as “composite metal” enable us to design each product with the style and professionalism of a haute couture tailor.Such unique excellence has allowed us to become a privileged partner for designers and architects in the design, development and implementation of many ambitious projects.

LE MIRADOR KEMPINSKI HOTEL5-star luxury hotelLe Mont Pèlerin - Lake Geneva (Switzerland)

Driven by the desire to provide a new “tool” for architects and interior designers with which to implement the shapes, performance, materials and fi nishes of products, in collaboration with the Swiss architect Pierre Gervais, we are starting work on refurbishing the Kempinski hotel. Thanks to the humanist tradition combined with the pragmatic use of new technologies, while maintaining the elegance of the hotel, we are able to provide coverings for any surface, contributing to the creation of a new customised project.

For over 30 years, the company StylArte has been supplying complete furnishings for the hotel sector, designing and directly supervising all stages of work, performing surveys at worksites, implementing projects, producing furniture using the best craftsman, as well as assembling, while paying meticulous attention to details. The company’s philosophy is to look ahead with its experience, pragmatism and a passion for the “beautiful and well made”.

The Waldorf Astoria Cavalieriin Rome is one of our important achievements. For over a decade, we have had a working partnership with the hotel. The complete furnishings for its 318 rooms and suites were supplied by StylArte, as well as the furnishings for its communal spaces.

Palazzo Parigi is a corner of Paris, designed by the French architect Pierre Yves Rochon, in the city centre of Milan.Furniture was made for the suites and gourmet restaurant of this splendid brand-new hotel.

PASTORE & C. Srl

Pastore & C. Srl deals with the production and installation of aluminium door and window frames. After 30 years of experience in working with aluminium, the company evolved its production techniques and started to manufacture PVC door and window frames as well.

The Motel Piranha Hotel is a modern 4-star hotel built according to the highest standards of functionality to meet the needs of a very diverse clientele.To ensure high quality, it was decided to opt for aluminium and wood frames, thus off ering a perfect blend between the classic appearance of a traditional material such as wood, and the strength and lightness of aluminium. These two materials, which look very diff erent from each other, have been combined in such a way that the advantages of the two components are added together, while off setting their respective limits.Furthermore, the use of wood inside the structure improves the insulating properties of aluminium, thereby bringing tangible advantages in terms of energy saving.

MOTEL PIRANHA HOTELOrfengo - Casalino (S.R. Novara-Vercelli)

Spazio ViGi (a property of Alpen Rose Srl) is a multi-purpose facility dedicated to families. For this project, we decided to enhance the outer structure of thermally-broken aluminium frames with high-performance soundproof glass to reduce any noise coming from the outside as much as possible, including a shatterproof glass core to ensure maximum safety.These two choices were made precisely to enhance the natural features and purposes of the facility itself, namely to ensure peace and safety at the same time.

For the refurbishment of this hotel, the accessibility of the environments has been enhanced through the combination of two curtain models: a soft tailored fabric (Doro collection) superimposed on a high-tech one.The twinning of two products to get the best result both aesthetically and functionally.

The curtain facing the inside of the hotel agrees with the traditional taste of the decor, with a fi re-retardant fabric packaged to background fold.

The one facing the outside is a Linette roller with a shading fabric, ideal when one has no other light-refl ecting options (shades or blinds).

Where one living space provides for sophisticated ideas and strong innovative value, the combination of multiple technologies becomes an eff ective solution. In the ambient shown in this case history, several models of curtains integrate into a single domotic project.

The openings are electronically controlled. More specifi cally, Extralarge motorised roller blinds, steel cables were used outdoors, suitable to cover large-sized displacements. Inside, on the other hand, the model adopted is the motorised Large model.

The fabrics emphasize a contemporary, typically minimalist decor. The fabric used for outdoor space has an UV protection fi lter: a heat shield capable of blocking out the passage of UV rays. The micro-ventilated weave, moreover, favours evacuation of the heat toward the outside and helps to improve the energy performance of the building.

For the interiors the fabric used is fi ltering and fl ame-retardant.

At this prestigious 5-star hotel in Stresa, overlooking Lake Maggiore, we refurbished the original garden, which dates back to the 1920s.

In addition to ordinary maintenance activities, boundary areas were created with seasonal fl owers.

Pierino Penati restaurant, awarded one Michelin star, is one of the most historical and fascinating restaurants in the Brianza region. We assist the restaurant with its in-company and management know-how development. In addition, we have achieved excellent results through marketing campaigns and strengthened the trade of the restaurant.

With our customer, Hotel de la Ville, one of the most prestigious and historical hotels in the Brianza region, an impressive luxury 4-star hotel located in one of Italy’s most beautiful parks, we have created a project, which is currently underway, to improve the entire hotel. We have been working on the restaurant, promoting exchanges and training also in collaboration with other customers of ours, investing in the hotel and the people who work in it while strongly promoting it by creating a brand with a striking and recognisable image.
