In 2020, the IMO’s environmental regulations will stimulate the market of eco-friendly equipment and ships especially in the fields of LNG related technologies. Many reports predict that by 2025, LNG fueled ships will account for 60.3% of new orders, and experts are expecting that related equipment/material markets with the size of over 250 billion dollars will be formed. In particular, Korea is leading the glob-al LNG market by achieving the top position in global shipbuilding orders on high value-added LNG fueled ships.

The Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy and Gyeongsangnam-do are together hosting the LNG KOREA 2020 to present new directions and visions for the Korean shipbuilding industry and to bring hegemony to the market.

With the successful hosting of two previous LNG conferences in 2018 and 2019, and as being the major LNG networking hub in Korea, we will help you guide through the information on LNG industry by providing the foundation for sharing knowledge and making business relationships.
