The fibroblasts were isolated from freshGingiva tissues with informed written consentof the patient. They can be propagated atleast ten times until senescence.
The RC-124 is a cell line whichwas establishedfrom bystander non-tumor tissue of a patientsuffering from kidney carcinoma.
These Tumor Stem Cell-like cell linesmust be propagated in the absence ofserum as it induces immediate celldifferentiation. Together with the celllines, the serum free medium for thepropagation of these precious tumorstem cell-like cell lines can be ordered.

The genomic DNA of cell lines is isolated bycell lysis followed by the addition ofProteinase K andRNase A and purification oncolumns. Theconditionshavebeenchosen toallow for PCR or other enzymatic reactions inthe downstream process. The fragmentlength of the purified DNA is up to 50kb.Quality control is determined by measuringthe absorption at 260 and 280nm andrestriction digest.

Short Instructions:Each blot comes ready-to-use in a trayPrepare the appropriate dilution of the antibody of your choice and pour it onto the blot.Incubate according to the recommendations of the antibody supplier.Rinse the blot three times with your buffer.Add the detection reagent.Rinse and evaluate the result.
Whole cell lysates from six Human Breast Cancer cell lines wereloaded onto a gel and the proteins were separated byelectrophoresis. Immediately following the blotting procedure,the p53 protein was detected using a p53 antibody.Detection: Chemiluminescence
