Engineering and Architecture company located in Rome, it works throughout the country in the domain of civil building and infrastructure, mainly in the public sector. SEAS team is highly skilled in airport engineering. We offer professional services in integrated design (architecture, infrastructure and installation) at every degree of detail; structural design and structural calculation, construction management and safety supervision. Moreover, part of our activities consist of the attendance of public tendering for the supply of building construction services, collaborating with partners from Italy and abroad.Among all services realized we can list some Control Tower (Airport of Crotone, Lampedusa, Palermo, Catania, Treviso in Italy, Airport of Dushambe in Tajikistan), feasibility studies for Airport (Airport of Carabao, Philippines), several structural restoration, installation for night flying, transformer room and electrical supplies. Many works have been published in national and international magazines. The design of the control tower of Crotone Airport has been included in the Best Practices Pon Transport Plan 2000-2006 (between the 8 best projects with funding of the project).SEAS Srl satisfy all requirements for the International Standard organizations UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 having the Quality Management System (Q.M.S.) certification.

He is CEO and Technical Director of SEAS srl. Born in 1954, he is married with 3 daughter and 3 grandchildren. Colonel of Aeronautical Engineers until 2000s, coming from the regular classes of the Airforce Academy, he carried out for more than 30 years professional activity in the field of civil engineering. In 2004 he founded the Engineering&Architecture company, then SEAS Srl, working in both the design and construction management of structures and equipment.He is an expert in aeronautical engineering, with a deep knowledge of the international guidelines for airport design, and he developped his activity in the field of structure and seismic engineering, and advanced technologies (like fiber reinforced materials FRP-Fiber Reinforced Polymers). Extensor of the Guidelines for the seismic verification of the infrastructure of the Italian Air Navigation Services (ENAV). He is currently working as Structure Consultant for the Service National Ingegnérie Aeroportuaire (SNIA) on behalf of the Ministry of the Defense of France. In 1999 he has been honoured with the title of “Cavaliere” by the President of the Italian Republic.
