The Restaurant Buffet Breakfast is open from 6:00-10:00 Monday to Friday, 6:30-10:30 Saturday and 6:30-11:00 Sunday.
The pantry Restaurant Experience an entirely new concept in fresh, seasonal dining with the
sumptuous breakfast buffet and a la carte dinner at Novotel Brisbane. The
Restaurant, our bright and airy on-site eatery, is dedicated to listening to
our guests; that’s why Executive Chef Sean Collins and his team have
created a stunning menu to kick off 2016 at The Restaurant.
The menu is based around the concept of ‘Eat Well’. Simple, fresh, local
ingredients that you would find in your own pantry or garden at home; cooked
and presented with impressive culinary techniques. ‘Pantry to Plate’ and ‘Farm to
Fork’ are the two main categories available to choose from. Multiple dishes can
be ordered to share including salads and sides and sinful sweets. The
Restaurant features seasonal produce through home grown herbs from 'The
Patch' and food and beverage special offers each month.
