The new, innovative dosing system compact Line® from BurnusHychem uses one pump for practically all doses. Fast, efficient and eco-nomical, it offers modern laundry operations a new level of performance.
Standard dosing requires multiple components and thereby involves higher acquisition and maintenance costs, a greater malfunction risk and therefore greater expense. For instance, an operation with five extractor machines and six cleaning products requires 30 pumps alone. The compact Line® from BurnusHychem is different: One single pump is all that is needed to serve multiple machines and components.

All dosing systems from BurnusHychem are compact and require only a few dosing pumps. Yet they are still efficient and reliable. An innovative concept that distinguishes all systems with BurnusHychem dosing technology.
the compact line We (washing extractor) system can serve up to 10 washing extractors with a max. of 11 products and requires a max. of only 2 dosing pumps, depending on product viscosity and machine size.
With additional IDM equipment, exact volume dosing for each single product can be achieved using just one volume measuring device. Precise dosing is thereby guaranteed. This dosing system requires a space of only 125 cm wide by 210 cm high.
the compact Line WE • S system was specially designed for smaller washing extractors with loads of max. 60 kg and can serve up to 3 washing extrac-tors with up to 9 products. This system works with only one dosing pump and has a max. space require-ment of 70 x 90 cm!
The compact Line Conti system is designed to serve a tunnel washing system with up to 16 products and requires only 3 dosing pumps; an additional dos-ing pump can be added if liquid starch is used.
Additional IDM equipment is also available for this system type. Precise volume dosing for each single product can thereby be achieved using only three volume measuring devices (IDM). Precise dosing is thereby guaranteed. This dosing system requires a space of only 125 cm wide by 210 cm high.
The newly developed microprocessor-controlled compact Control • S is used to operate the compact Line WE • S system and control the classic dosing systems. This micro-processor control involves a highly modern, extremely powerful compact controller that has its own dosing program management, connections for 3 program input devices and a data management system.

Technology and quality that inspire.The BurnusHychem compact Line® puts consistent focus on a dosing pump that functions with a specially developed valve switch. Hoses, other pumps and as-semblies were reduced to an absolute minimum. What makes the compact Line® special is its pneumatic valve control. It replaces electric cables, which improves op-erating safety. The system design consistently foregoes anything superfluous.
BurnusHychem dosing systems are compact, power-ful and reliable. And fewer components mean greater safety during daily use. Because if it‘s not built in, it can‘t malfunction.
The high-grade SPS and microprocessor control is a quality product made in Germany. In this regard, all of the integrated parts, e.g. valves and relays, are from well-known manufacturers and are available world-wide. For users, this means that replacement parts are readily available. The compact Line WE and Conti systems feature pneumatic valve control - the result: fewer electric cables, lower potential for hazard. In the event of a defect, for instance, only the air hose needs to be disconnected with ”plug & play“ and the replace-ment part inserted. Brilliantly simple.
Another ingenuity is the newly designed special valve block through which all of the added cleaning agents flow. This valve block contains no corners to obstruct the flow and no unused space, meaning that liquids keep flowing and a complete rinse is guaranteed. All detergents and cleaning agents flow through only one hose to the appropriate dosing point.
Before a dose is made, a quick check verifies that the channel to the dosing point is clear. If everything is in order, dosing begins. This is immediately followed by a water rinse which ensures that there are no chemicals left in the channel.
