We also wanted a building near Miami, Florida since that is where our target market is located. Also, we want a large enough space for where we can provide the best job with the least amount of chance for error.

Our Pristine team is composed of sixteen highly trained workers who are very

familiar in the field of auto detailing. We will recruit our workers from Miami, and as

members of our business they will participate in perpetual quality control assessments to

evaluate whether or not they continue to meet the standards of Pristine auto detailing. Out

of the sixteen workers, twelve workers will rotate in each day and three people will work on

a car at a time. The sixteen workers will earn $11/hour.

The five managers of Pristine overlook the business and divide up tasks like
