To varying degrees, all forms of brickwork and concrete are porous, and vulnerable to the adverse effects of moisture penetration. This can lead to damage caused by water ingress or staining.

Moisture ingress on brickwork and concrete not only causes 80% of surface damage, but can also cause damp, mould, algae and associated health problems.

SmartSeals advanced range of impregnating concrete and brick sealers are easy to apply, provide excellent long-term protection and can be used externally or internally.

SmartSeal sealers are super hydrophobic, providing the same protection as in nature.

Unlike conventional products, SmartSeal impregnating sealers work by penetrating into the substrate. Microscopic cenospheres of sealer seep into the substrate, sealing the porous voids and tiny cracks from within. This leaves the brickwork or concrete water resistant - and because the sealer is not purely on the surface, long term protection is guaranteed!

Application is simple by paint brush, sprayer or roller. Ensure the surface is clean and dry, apply 1 coat to saturation, and for best results apply an additional 1-2 wet on wet' coats, with approximately 15 minutes in between.SmartSeal Brick and Concrete Sealer is long lasting, easy to apply, eco friendly, solvent and odour free, and safe to use around food, animals and children.

Large paint brushPaintWith correct application, a lifespan in excess of 15 years on vertical surfaces and 10 years on horizontal surfaces can be expected with routine after care. Cleaning using conventional cleaning products will not damage or reduce the lifespan of the sealer.
